I just got in the mail a free Ouai Detox Shampoo from Influenster. I’m glad I got to try this out. I need a new shampoo. I really like this one. It smells really good. I like that it’s for any kind of hair type. My hair feels so soft. It’s a great product to use. I got it from Influenster. I’m glad they gave me this box to try out because I actually might used this in the future.

I love shopping online or in store (but sometimes the stores are soooo craaazzzy busy) and I can't get away from it - with all the rewards and perks. However I just wish they offered an extended return policy for the holidays. I purchased the dyson hair dryer as a gift during the VIB sale. I ended up returning it, but they also shortened their return policy... so now I have a lot of credit for a xmas gift.. and no extended policy for people buying gifts!

It is not bad. I like the free samples and gifts for points, too. They used to offer free 2 day shipping for rouge members but they don’t anymore which is a rip off considering how expensive the makeup is.

When I order online everything arrives quickly and with no problems whatsoever. When I shop at the store, I have to admit not all the workers are friendly or want to actually help but sell. But a few good ones there. I needed help matching my foundation, a new one from Laura Mercier and the sales associate was helpful and tried several ones until we got the right match. I had told her about my Nordstrom experience, they would give just a whatever color and it was so off, it made me look too tan and when I’m not tan I’m light-ish. So I was glad when she took her time. I’ve had no problems with returning items that have given me a bad reaction, those items were color correctors, skincare or foundation or primers and they didn’t hesitate to accept the return.
