SephoraReviews of sephora.com

Disappointed that Sephora now uses some discount delivery service! They just drop it in front of your door in the rain or snow, with zero regards to how close it is left to a high traffic sidewalk in a very sketchy area ….. terrible

I used to really be a fan but there are many things that have changed that and I am pretty sure the company does not care. There are small things, like when I went to go get the free birthday gift that I was so excited about and the woman robotically gave it to me without saying happy birthday and looked like she hated her life. Then there is the fact that I go and try to have my account looked up to get the points to get samples and there was always a problem but rather than assist me in fixing the problem the associates would just talk about the problem by the fourth time I asked how to fix the problem and they told me I had to call customer service. umm ya not doing that. Yesterday, I purchased something online and it said returns good on items within an hour I kept clicking and kept getting told to wait one minute. Well, I was never able to return the item and I had ordered the wrong thing. Usually, in the store what I want is out of stock and this happened before there were known issues about shortages. In any case, there are plenty of places to buy expensive makeup but at the end of the day it kind of made me realize I don't need all this stuff anyways so thank you for Sephora for your lackluster service. I don't need expensive thing to feel good and certainly don't need to be treated like my business does not matter.

Some of my routine products are no longer carried. Samples have been left out of my order. When I inquire I get a “that’s just how it goes, nothing we can do about it” response which is incredibly frustrating when you place an order just to try the samples they send repeated emails about… I teeter between Sephora and Ulta and Ulta has been my MVP lately.

They deserve 0 stars if I could. I have never experienced such poor customer service. When I went to check out, the wrong address appeared on the order form. The address was changed to the correct one, and I double-checked it. In the confirmation email, the wrong address was still listed!
