No cóż uważajcie na zakupy w tej firmie . Zamówiłem Dior otrzymałem perfum kompletnie nie pachnie nie utrzymuje zapachu zwróciła perfum i co 14 dni do tej pory nie mam zwrotu pieniędzy . Uważajcie na zakupy lepiej zróbcie w innej firmie zakupy !

Leider fehlen bei meinen Bestellungen regelmäßig die beworbenen Gratisproben, obwohl diese aktiv auf der Website angekündigt werden. Auf Nachfrage heißt es dann stets, die Proben seien angeblich gerade vergriffen. Wenn bestimmte Zugaben dauerhaft nicht verfügbar sind, sollte damit aus Kundensicht auch nicht fortlaufend geworben werden. Besonders enttäuschend empfinde ich den Kundenservice, der auf solche Anliegen wenig lösungsorientiert reagiert. Insgesamt entspricht das Einkaufserlebnis für mich nicht dem Niveau, das ich von Sephora erwarten würde. Mit dem Original in Frankreich lässt sich der deutsche Service aus meiner Sicht leider nicht vergleichen

Absolute waste of money. Not only was the product anything like the avert (a rich cream) it was a product brand EELHOE which can be bought on Amazon or eBay for around £5. I payed £31. It was thin and watery and you are supposed to set the eyelid in place using a plastic prong once the cream had set. No mention of this in the advert. This incidentally didn’t work anyway. I contacted the company with my complaint who were supposed to refund me 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting!!

Frequento spesso Sephora di Orio Center Bergamo e purtroppo ogni volta vivo la stessa esperienza: indipendentemente dalla cifra spesa, non viene mai dato nemmeno un campioncino. La cosa più fastidosa è che, quando si chiede gentilmente, la risposta è sempre che “non ce ne sono”. Capisco che i campioncini non siano obbligatori, ma in altre sedi Sephora l’attenzione verso il cliente è decisamente diversa. Qui invece manca completamente quel piccolo gesto che farebbe sentire il cliente valorizzato. Peccato, perché il servizio e la cura del cliente fanno la differenza.

I didn't receive my whole order and customer service was absolutely no help at all. Never got my issue resolved either.
