Do not use! Absolutely disgusting, road blocking every way possible to communicate, absolutely no way of contacting. Parcel did not arrive ... £500 out of pocket! No answer on any social platforms, needs reporting to trading standards!!

I placed an order middle of December I recieved no confirmation number. I tried all lines of communications Got cut off during live chat. I had no tracking details sent. The box finally arrived clearly tampered with and empty. I’ve been trying tirelessly to give me a refund since 14th December. Every single email I get from them is s different person asking the same questions I would never ever recommend this company. 90 pounds of products gone. Im disgusted with there customer service it’s non existent!

As I long standing happy Feel Unique customer , was switched over to Sephora . Totally gone downhill . Website is slow and twitchy to load . Was looking for foundation , but only shades stocked for dark skin tones these days it seems . Lip stains were all out of stock . Lots of other things all out of stock . Waste of time , finding somewhere else to order my stuff if you don’t cater for me anymore Customer ‘service’ is also a disgrace . You just get a ticket to acknowledge your message and then no one replies . In the good old Feel Unique days they replied quickly and was multiple ways to contact them . They actually had a phone number as well and you could ring them up too. Another issue is my last order did not add the points to my account and so should be entitled to my £5 voucher (after spending £75 you should get a voucher). But it’s not been given , but don’t bother emailing them as they won’t reply anyway. Such a shame as products are well priced (if you can find your shade) but overall the takeover by Sephora has not been for the better

Parcel never arrived in time for Christmas. I tried to contact Sephora many times beforehand but only received automated responses. No contact number and no one ever available when I tried to use the chat online function ( even though I tried during the stipulated working times!) Evri have confirmed parcel is lost and still no response from Sephora. Appalling service. Please if you want your item to arrive or expect any level of customer service do not use this company. I won’t, ever again!

Part of my order was missing, they would not send it as I did not realise within 28 days. I bought early Christmas present due to the postal strike. I ordered the Spectrum brushes burn book and brushes bundle and the brushes are missing. I'm now out of pocket ordering them directly from Spectrum. I will never use Sephora again. Their customer service is appalling.

I order 113 pounds bottle of Chanel for Christmas for my girlfriend, I payed extra for it to be gifted wrapped, and when it arrived it was not gift wrapped. I was not happy. I email customer service to refund my money I payed for gift wrapping services, and nobody got back to me. So I will never shop with this company again.

Refusing to process a refund for items not received, although they had already agreed to do so 13 days ago. Poor experience, would avoid as they do not take responsibility when things go wrong, and attempt to keep your money although the contract has been breached. They are aware that the items have not been received, but keep on adding conditions on to the process of my refund and expecting me to wait additional days and time. The order was placed on 02 December.
