I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely appalling company. I ordered a selection of L’Occitaine products on the 10th December 2022. Only 1 item arrived. I have emailed numerous times and nothing has been done about it. Basically a tube of hand cream has cost me £86 !! I’m absolutely fuming. Avoid this dreadful company !!!

Very deceptive website. Cleverly shows pictures of products with a very vague description, e.g. shows pictures of exercise bands implying the pack contains multiple bands, whereas you only get a single band. Con artists! They are just an online shopfront for other suppliers so best to go to the source website and buy from there.

Order on Monday for next day delivery and still not arrived. Impossible to get in touch with and don’t reply to emails.. this was for my daughters birthday. I won’t be ordering again

Not even a 1 star. This is a fraud company. Paid a-lot of money for items for Christmas presents was supposed to be delivered by 20th December and still has not turnt up!! I have emailed multiple times and they just ignore and don't get back to you. Still have no idea where my order is or refund! Avoid this shambles company

Disgraceful no parcel after they said it was delivered 2 weeks after ordering , still waiting for response to get refund or replacement 6 weeks on. DONT BUY from them they owe me £76 wish I’d have looked at reviews first

I bought the Sephora 2022 advent calendar to find the following items missing: Mugler Angel perfume, Neom real luxury scented candle, Rodial soft focus glow booster drops, 2 faced better than sex mascara, Natasha Dinora mini metropolis eyeshadow. I’ve contacted the company who have said they can’t replace the missing items and have offered me a 30% credit voucher or refund (£41.70). The calendar boasts £711 of items, it’s a luxury item that should bring a bit of fun and sparkle to the festive period. (Numbers 24 and 25 were 2 of the boxes which were empty). I’m not asking for the cash value of the missing products, I’d rather have the products or products to a similar value..
