Shipping time really depends on what time of year you place your order. Shipping is very slow during sales and holidays. But my recent order, placed a few days ago managed to miss the Valentine's Day rush! I got it already.

Usually when I order something from Sephora it ships within 1-2 days. I had 3 day shipping and it took my order 5 DAYS!! 5 DAYS JUST TO LEAVE THE WEARHOUSE!! Then they email me and tell me that the deluxe sample I ordered is out of stock!! Which really made me angry!! I waited 5 days and I really wanted to try out this product so that's why I made an online purchase because I didn't want to buy it because it has mixed reviews!! Now I can't try it for myself without spending the money!!

When I come to America it's like being in heaven this shop is just fabulous amazing products and the staff are always so lovely and friendly....but there is lots of amazing products on the website that you cannot buy in the uk the money for import taxes and duties is ridiculous especially when you are buying hundreads of pounds of make up!! such a shame can't wait for a uk shop to come!
