Ordered 3 travel size hair products, got an invoice for £23.84.paid for it by PayPal. They sent out my item then I was emailed by PayPal that Sephora were now charging me £36.66. Got a refund via PayPal dispute for the extra they tried to charge me.

Sephora will take your money and refuse to give it back. My husband puchased a gift set online for me for Valentine's day. The order was about 100$ total. They charged our account, then cancelled the order due to item being out of stock. So, you let us puchase an item for IN STORE pickup that you didn't have in store? K. Then, we waited the 5-7 days to get our refund and we never did. He called back and CS said they never charged our account... we said we could provide a bank statement showing the funds left our account, nothing was "pending" to just fall off, the money left our account. CS refused to give us a refund and now we have to dispute the charges with our bank. Thanks Sephora for being completely useless, having no problem taking our money and having the WORST customer service ever. Not to mention if you do buy online their shipping provider OnTrack is awful.

I placed an order on 9th December which wasn’t received, I was told by customer services to wait longer due to strikes which I did. On January 2nd they finally (after getting the same generic email about my missing order multiple times) they reordered, this also failed to turn up. On the 14th January part of the ordered arrived. It’s now 15th February and after me chasing them continuously and getting nowhere I still haven’t had a refund for my missing items. Stay away, terrible customer service nothing is personalised just generic with a different employees name at the bottom. I will never use them again which is upsetting as I was so excited to be able to shop brands that are new to the UK.

What's going on with Sephora!!!! I've never had a problem with any order when it was Fell unique but since they've rebranded the quality of their products have nose dived. I received a recent order that had leaked all over the packaging. They took an age to respond, and proceeded to blame the courier. With the best will in the world I don't think the courier drivers have the capacity unscrew a lid and remove a seal!!!! They sent out a replacement which was also in the same condition, I gave up after that. This is the first time I've written a bad review about them, very sorry they've allowed the quality of their products and customer services to go so low. I've now lost trust in them. Reading the other reviews, it seems I'm not alone.

Truly shocking. I bought two identical items - one for each of my daughters online from Sephora but fulfilled by Wonderskin. One arrived, the other item was the wrong one. I contacted their customer services (who just blamed Wonderskin) and they sent another of the WRONG item. I contacted them again and after much faffing including sending photos of all the items, they concluded that I had ordered the wrong items and that the fact that I received one of the correct items was a mistake which they kindly would not charge me for! Unbeliveable. I am now out of pocket and one daughter missed out on a Christmas present! AVOID THIS COMPANY. Dreadful customer service - I'm sorry I wasted my money. (Order number FN66556274)

I went in for a specific tinted moisturizer that I saw in Allure. Sales rep then took me to one she liked better. She then said another lady would do the color match to my face of the two products and see which one I liked better. Well the one I went in for was exactly what I wanted after seeing the two, and then the 2nd lady told me I owed an additional $60 for the service. I’m still shocked! I’ve matched it to the back of my hand for 25 years just fine. When I said I didn’t ask for this “service” they said they could give me a store credit for $30 for a future purchased. Very very lame, Sephora…. I’ll order direct from the company that makes it next time and not even leave my house. I gave it 1 star bc negative stars wasn’t an option!

Don’t buy from this company ordered 2 bottles of perfume received one the other was being dispatched from a different company which I did not know I have tried every way possible to contact Sephora on numerous occasions but have had no response Rip off company
