Just dealt with Rebecca - completely in the wrong job customer service is something she cannot fathom at all - please review all the other comments and avoid this company - your mental health will be better for it!

Worst company every to deal with. After nearly a fortnight my goods hadn't arrived. When I looked into it they hadn't even been sent. Arrived about 5 days after but they were the right order note but the wrong items. Contacted and asked for returns label and requested money back. After much procrastination and them asking me to send photos of the wrong items, with the interception of Pay Pal I got as returns label. Went to P.O. with package but it was they 'wrong type' of returns label! Had to go to main P.O. a 20 mile round trip! Only they couldn't deal with it - needed to go to the sorting office - only open 8 - 10 a.m. so another 20 mile round trip. Message about a fortnight later saying I hadn't used the label and sent back the goods! Another 20 mile round trip to the Sorting Office to get proof of delivery - it had been delivered within 2 days of me handing it over. Still didn't get money back. Contacted Pay Pal and within 24 hours money was returned to my account with them. Never dealt with the same person twice and they were continuously erroneous and discourteous. Whole issue took about 6 weeks. Warning to others. Don't even consider using them!

Very poor service yet again Sephora! This Company is a waste of time, do not bother ordering from them. Sephora said they delivered my order but I never received it and they refunded me. Sephora then sent me the order they refunded and expected me to arrange the return after their mess up and now I have to wait in for courier to collect. Poor Service. Purchase from Boots much better service !

I was never really a Sephora fan but after they closed down our local Nordstrom, I found myself having to shop at Sephora. They started FINALLY getting in some luxury brands online, but never really brought them in stores, so it did me no good. So I stuck to Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom since I was going to have to continue buying those products online. When I would manage to find a brand or item, I finally liked at Sephora, before I knew it they were no longer carrying. Not sure if Sephora is dropping companies left or right or if Sephora is getting dropped. Regardless, they aren't helping themselves. On top of that, I don't like their customer service. They have never been very friendly. On the phone or in stores. MOST of the time the employees they hire don't seem all that friendly people. Often times I feel they would be more qualified working at McDonalds because 9 out of 10 times they aren't helpful or aren't knowledgeable. This does NOT go for every employee working there but a large sum. Sephora also has a lack of benefits for their employees so of course they aren't going to want to thrive to be better. Other cosmetic counters give them employees loads or promotional products and a decent commission. The main reason, leading me to writing this review, is the other day I had some free time and wanted to leave some very thorough HONEST reviews about some products. NONE of them got posted and this was weeks ago. I saw other people complaining that Sephora did this to them too. It seems very bias. If they are hiding some of the more honest reviews, they are keeping us from knowing the truth about products. Makes it hard to trust this company. Sorry but I won't be shopping here any longer.

I'd been a loyal Sephora customer for over 10 years, with VIB status. Recently I had to deal with their customer service after, not one, but two orders failed to be delivered (they were never dispatched, apparently). Getting any info from them was impossible, it took over two months, the agent changed with each email and I had to explain everything all over again because they clearly didn't read the thread, and then they acted like they were doing me a huge favor by honoring a discount I had used for the original purchase (again, that they failed to deliver). (Note: in the end I had to call to get anything resolved. Their email support and live chat was completely useless.) It was such a horrendous customer experience that I will be looking elsewhere for all my future beauty and skincare purchases.

Ordinato un prodotto tramite il servizio click and collect. In negozio le commesse affermano di non trovare l'ordine. Mi dicono di arrangiarmi a contattare l'assistenza. Provo telefonicamente ma dopo svariati tentativi, nessuna risposta. Scrivo tramite il typeform online; la risposta che ricevo mi informa che secondo loro il prodotto è stato consegnato anche se io continuo a riceve email che mi sollecitano a ritirare il prodotto in negozio. L'assistenza poi sparisce e non risponde più per oltre un mese e infine decide di chiudere la questione arbitrariamente rifiutando qualsiasi tipo di rimborso mostrandomi il codice di tracciamento dell'articolo che secondo loro attesta l'avvenuta consegna dell'articolo, nonostante io non abbia mai ritirato il prodotto. Da evitare di fare acquisti presso i loro negozi, sia online che fisici, assolutamente poco professionali.

VOTO ZERO.. PRODOTTI MAI DISPONIBILI, DA SETTIMANE MANCANO SUL SITO E SERVIZIO CLIENTI CHE NON ESAUDISCE QUANTO RICHIESTO

Wish I could give zero stars. Word of advice about the same day delivery. It isn’t. Don’t waste your money. There are plenty of places to buy overpriced cosmetics
