Common theme here… promised discount doesn’t apply, free P&P over £20 didn’t apply, no answer whatsoever to queries. Pointless exercise. Ignore the perceived discounted price, cancels itself out.. Will not use again, feels untrustworthy

I ordered 2 sets of dr botanicals - only one arrived - there is no way to get a refund !! They are just ignoring my issuing item request - do not use - even eBay and prime acknowledge and refund missing items - very poor service - I have been ripped off !!!

Ich kann jeden nur davon abraten in diesem Unternehmen etwas zu bestellen. Total betrügerische Masche. Das scheint wohl deren Firmenpolitik zu sein. Lasst die Finger davon!!!!!!

My order was marked as delivered by their courier. Took me over 30 mins to reach an agent on Live chat, and almost another 30 mins to try and reach a resolution, which I had to escalate to a Manager to come onto the chat. The advisor I initially had was called Christina who was so rude and brief with me. Telling me the parcel was delivered to my door. The picture the courier left meant the parcel was left at a door...it certainly wasn't there when I read my email confirming delivery and went to the door!! The Manager that joined the live chat was called Zowie, she was helpful but not as friendly either. I was made to sign some 'declaration' before they would even look at sending out a replacement...I THOUGHT THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT?!!! I signed it anyway as I paid for something I did not come into receipt of. DO NOT SHOP WITH SEPHORA - I know I won't for a very long time. My next review will be left on Twitter. You cannot treat your customers like this.

The worst so called VIP event ever for the launch. Snaking unmoving queue to rival Heathrow security on a bad day. Terrible management and rude security. Had to turn back and skip this event.

Purchased a Kerastase shampoo from them which clearly isn’t fit for purpose. Rebecca at customer service just gave me a brush off with a £5 voucher. I paid £27 for this vile shampoo. I am out of pocket and sephora just lost a customer. I ordered from then monthly but never again.

*** item never arrived but money taken. ****We were all looking forward to having Sephora in the UK , clearly not the same standard like abroad, no customer service , web side not user friendly, next day deliveries in fact take 10 days or never ship and returns are nearly impossible to organise. So yes, I will stick to Spaces NK or similar available options ! Disappointing to say the least !

The worse experience with online shopping. They have the cheapest carriers that they will not deliver the packages and customer service will not accept the responsibility. Actually you will pay for the air and will not receive anything. I will never buy again from this company. For 3 years I bought all I needed from them and when I did not receive the items just for 1 time, they did not accept any responsibility. Unbelievable.
