SephoraReviews of sephora.com

Placed an order for a Foreo Bear. This arrived promptly but faulty. Returned and have yet to receive my refund. Can not get a refund and have now lodged a dispute with my bank. Customer Service at Sephora absolute joke, their Instagram one is especially useless. They didn't even know the item is Returned! Order number FN68917041

I have honestly never left a negative review however I feel this is necessary as a change is needed and people need to be made aware of what they're getting into.. I ordered x2 face scrubs advertised at 60ml. I recieved x2 20ml face scrubs and the face scrubs appeared highly fake in comparison to the one which I previously bought directly from the other company's website. and in addition I never recieved the free P&P for spending over the £20 something threshold. I got in touch via the live webchat (as this is the only means in communication it seems) After a 45min wait to be connected I was told someone would be in touch or this would be resolved after x amount of time.. that time surpassed and I had to then again get in touch with another 40-45min connection time. to then be told please wait kindly for a 24-48hr response. AGAIN someone failed to be in touch or rectify this. so a THIRD time of waiting in a 40-45min queue I finally got refunded.. what a long winded horrible experience.. never ever again.. what a joke!

I will never order from Sephora again. There are other places to get make up and beauty products from. If your order is cancelled they do not let you know. You just sit around waiting for your order to never arrive. If you have some sort of hold on your account, they don’t let you know. My ex husband had some sort of dispute with Sephora but the order was under my name, 4 years ago. I knew nothing about it nor was he even living with me at the time. Apparently because of that dispute it was put onto my account that I owed Sephora 129.00 and they would no longer let orders go through until I pay them 129.00. 4 years later I put in some online orders and finally called to find out where they were and I was told what was going on. So Sephora wants me to pay them 129.00 for something I had nothing to do with, knew nothing about and happened 4 years ago. I told them to kiss my….. If they had decent, proper customer service they would write it off and clear my account.

Let me start off by saying I have been a sephora customers for for over 8 years! I guess that has now come to an end. I most of the time order online because the nearest store was an hour away. However that store has now closed also. We were out of town on vacation and I walk into a sephora greater by a nice lady. I told her what i needed and she grabbed them as I watched and checked out. The next day I open my foundation. It's the wrong color. I saw the girl grab from the correct slot however it was in the wrong spot. I closed it back up and used the last of my old makeup. I call sephora to see if I can exchange it or purchase the correct color and send this one back. Aretha informed me that was not possible. No returns by mail unless ordered online. Well the 2 closest stores that are and hour to an hour and half have both closed. This was a human error at no fault of mine or the sephora employee who handed it to me. I will making a trip to a new make-up counter because I will no longer be using Make up Forever due to the fact that sephora is one of the two stores who sell it.

Parcel not delivered. Still with Evri. Attempted chat on Facebook as I’m unable to find another way to communicate with the customer service team. Greater than 24 hrs for a reply. Seems very poor. It’s appears like customer service is non existent.

This company is sooo bad!! Do not use them. They sub out their orders to third parties. You pay for delivery with 1-2 day time frame, I'm now 5 days and counting. You cannot contact customer services, live chat only. The app crashes and you can't use it. Terrible company. Stick to Boots in UK.

Schon 2 mal was bestellt. Schade schade!!!
