Awful company. If I’d read the reviews before ordering then I would have stayed well clear of this company. I ordered a night cream from this company to receive a mouldy box and faulty tube. I’ve sent numerous pictures and messages but still waiting to hear from them. Awful customer service.

CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME YOU HSVE SEMT MY PARCEL & IT HAS BEEN THROWN ON A GRIUND SOMEWHWRE IVE GOT THE PIC OF DELIVERY THEY HAVE LITERALLY THROEM IT ON THE MUD IN MY 14 BLOCK OF FLATS AMD MY BOX HAS BEEN STOLEN !!!!!!HOW THE HELL DO U THINK THIS ID ACCEPTABLE I WANT A FULL REFUND ASAP &THEN MY SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED HERMES & YOU HAVE MADE MY EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE I MEAN WHO THROWS A PARCEL DOWN ON THE MUD WHY WOUKD YOU NOT DELIVER TO MY DOOR I OAID FOR THIS &NOW I HAVE TO GO FOR A REXUND THIS IS DISGUSTING

I was quite excited to hear Sephora was coming to the UK but how silly that was. There is non existent customer service and the website sends you in circles. I will be opening a case with my credit card to retrieve the money they owe me (order never arrived). Please avoid this company.

Unethical and dishonest about point system and expensive products. Sent me samples in a small box, marked it delivered but no Dyson in sight.

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel! Glaubt mir Mädels, lasst die Finger davon. Ja sie haben make up was man schwer woanders bekommt ABER wenn ihr dann mal was zurück geben wollt oder es wie in meinem Fall bei der Post vergessen habt und es retour an den Absender ging bekommt ihr nie wieder euer Geld zu sehen. Die behalten euer Geld ein. Wenn ihr mal den Kundenservice erreicht was schon ein Glücksfall ist dann vertrösten diese euch nur man soll Geduld haben. Oder es gab ein Server Problem. Oder es wurde an die Buchhaltung weitergegeben usw. Alles Lügen , das ganze ist 3 Monate her und es passiert nichts. Ganz ehrlich , geht in dem Fall zur Polizei und stellt Anzeige gegen diese Betrüger. Mal sehen ob ich nochmal an mein Geld komme.. Anwalt wird eingeschaltet.

Min dotter sparade pengar och fick äntligen åka till Göteborg att få handla på sephora köpte ett dyrt bronzer på stick som man snurrar upp. Kommer hem och dottern upptäcker när hon ska använda stiftet att själva rullen som ska få upp mer av produkten är trasig!!!! Mailat kundtjänst och dom menar på att en reklamation endast kan göras i den butik man köpt varan i och det går ej att skicka!!! Värdelöst vi har över tre timmars resa till butiken så dottern blev utan stift och 400 spänn fattigare j*vla ockerbolag!!!! Besviken

They give you a 20% off voucher but it can’t be used on LOTS of brands what’s the point in the voucher? They need to adhere to more customers as this is brand new back to the UK and not looking good, their store in London was very disorganised and had many staff uneducated on beauty products unlike other beauty stores. Need to do better!

I ordered a total of three products from this website, two coming from Sephora and the third one coming from a company called Sephora concession. The first two were delivered fine, but they had delivered the wrong shade of my final item. I tried to look on their website for a helpline or chat feature, but there was absolutely nothing. Then had to resort to messaging them on Instagram for help, which they said they would get in contact with the concession and let me know the outcome, the came back and advised they wanted to product sent back which could not be done as u had discarded it as it was no use to me. They then advised again they would get in touch with them, and that was over a week ago. Every time I messaged I would get the same response that they had not gotten a reply from their own concession, and now they’re not even responding to me. This company is an absolute joke and a scam, they are more than happy to take your money but when something goes wrong on their side you’ll hear nothing.
