I ordered The smashbox mascara which is now only available online (I used to buy it in store) and also ordered the Fenty Skin Vizor moisturizer. I received the parcel both items packaging were inside the parcel HOWEVER THE MASCARA WAS NOT INSIDE ITS OWN PACKAGING it was empty!! I called customer service I spoke to a supervisor I even emailed the corporate office and they did not give a damn!! Already the fact that people spend a lot of money ordering stuff on their website and Sephora takes no responsability is a shame!! I bet you some workers at the Sephora packaging centers steal peoples orders. Imagine being a 10 year VIB customer that orders every month and Sephora gives no crap🤡

Just a warning DO NOT SHOP at Sephora. They have horrible customer service! My package was misdelivered by FedEx. FedEx refuses to refund me and Sephora refuses to replace or refund my items. So if you don't get your package you're out of luck because they will not help! I saved up to buy a Tom Ford perfume I always wanted. So that should tell you in itself how much I've lost. They keep saying how they can't help because my account is flagged for having this happen many times and they've already helped those times. That is a lie. I have never called and reported to them about a lost, stolen, or misdelivered package. This is the first time this has happened. It's truly unbelievable. Even though it's not their fault the FedEx driver miss delivered it they should care enough about their customers and not makeup lies to not help. Ive been fighting them and FedEx for weeks now and I have gotten no where.

Can Sephora please provide a better online shopping experience? 80% of the time that I click on something it is either "out of stock" or "unavailable." This is frustrating and a major inconvenience. I eventually gave up. There is no filter button either. This is a major waste of time and not customer friendly. Luckily there is Amazon. Please fix this! Also, I tried to post to the internal community, but my post would not go through, so that I why I'm now reviewing here. Not user friendly.

I am very disappointed in the customer service I received. I purchased a 500.00 order online and it said it was delivered while I was at work and when I got home was not at my front door. I called customer service and they said to call the company that delivered it so I called them and they said to call Sephora and let them know a claim was opened and to contact them. When I called customer services back they said they can’t do anything and now I am out my money with no products. I am very disappointed and will never order online.

Ich kann nur sagen, niemals wieder, ein absolut unterirdischer Service, ein inakzeptables Geschäftsgebaren. Hier gibt es nur einen großen Namen und große Preise, sonst nichts. Ich habe am 6.4.23 eine Bestellung aufgegeben, direkt mit PayPal bezahlt. Am 11.4.23 habe ich eine Versandbestätigung zu meine Bestellung erhalten. Soweit alles normal und völlig ok, aber bis 14.11.23 war die Lieferung noch nicht bei mir und ich habe am 17.4.23 schriftlich nachgefragt. Antwort KEINE! Also habe ich am 17.4. nochmals schriftlich angefragt was mit meiner Lieferung ist, die bereits seit 11.4. versendet ist. Daraufhin habe ich eine Nachricht erhalten „….wir bestätigen ihren Wunsch auf Rückerstattung und überweisen den Betrag zurück „. Schön ist, eine Rücküberweisung erfolgte prompt, aber warum? Keine Infos dazu, zur verschollenen Lieferung, oder sonst irgendetwas. Ich bin geheilt, habe die gleichen Artikel jetzt über Douglas bestellt, Lieferung innerhalb von 1 Tag da und sogar noch 20% über Rabattcode erhalten. Was lerne ich daraus? Ein nobler Name ist nur Schall und Rauch und sagt nichts über das Unternehmen selbst aus. Bei Sephora heißt das, ob Parfümeriekette oder billige Drogerkette, alle bieten bessere Leistungen und einezbesseren Umgangen mit ihren Kunden.

Vor 3 Wochen ein Produkt bestellt. Daraufhin Bestätigung erhalten, dass ich das Produkt 2 mal einzeln bestellt hätte. Da ich nur einmal meine Bankdaten eingegeben habe und tatsächlich 2 Produkte kaufen wollte, diese aber nicht erhältlich waren, weiß ich ganz sicher, dass ich nur einmal ein Produkt bestellte.Natürlich wurden 2xVersandgebühren abgezogen. Auf meine Mail keine Antwort. Dann Nachricht, ich hätte angeblich eins der Pakete erhalten. Hier ist nie eines angekommen. Mehrmalige Nachfragen bleiben seit Wochen unbeantwortet. Bis heute weder Produkt noch Antwort erhalten. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Have been shopping with feelunique for years with never a problem. Since they’ve been taken over I hadn’t noticed too much difference. However my most recent order for an expensive perfume has gone horribly wrong. Should have been delivered next day…didn’t arrive. Unable to contact customer services via Facebook or instagram due to web errors. Sent an email…no reply. Used the online chat…took up literally hours of my time. Got to position 17 in the queue and then got booted out twice. I have no idea where my delivery is!
