I wouldn't go there ever again.!! especially in Austria. These shop girls have No Idea. You enter and they Pounce on you, Wham!! Puts one right off buying what you came for..same as those women in Douglas 🥺..awful

I will be suing at this point No one is getting their items I haven’t too I demand for a refund If Sephora cannot afford a customer service in the uk then what was the point of even opening up and stealing our hard earned money

Uselsss, this is the second order that never turned up, ordered 2 and a half weeks ago 20 April and supposedly ‘out for delivery’ whenever I have checked the tracking details, it has still not arrived, I would like a refund now if anyone from Sephora can arrange this for me? FN70114067

E quanto tempo perso!

Absolute joke of a company. I placed an order online and received one of two items. Have been trying to arrange a refund for the missing product for two weeks and not getting anywhere. I doubt I’ll see anything refunded. I just want a refund for the stuff they never sent me that I paid for? Shouldn’t be too difficult? I wish I had read reviews online before purchasing! Will never purchase from Them again. Honestly, Save your money and shop at Mecca’s instead!

Never delivered my products!
