Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My parcel is delayed, tracking saying "there may be a problem" and no one is getting back to me about it. I've spent £130 and not received my reward. Would have better luck getting a response from a wall. The customer service is embarrassing! I've emailed several times, Instagram message and tried to webchat (that never works!) Where is my order and my points???

First, they sent the wrong product. I ordered a Jo Malone cologne (£110) and to my surprise when my mother opened the present, it was a body & hand wash (£35). Can you imagine my disappointment??????? I checked the order and it was correct. So, I returned the product and it's been a whole month and NO REFUND. This is so disrespectful... I already contacted twice the customer care and all they do is ask for more time. At this point, I just want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Provided product descriptions that don’t match the actual products, meaning you’re not getting what was expected. Refuse to refund even though the product wouldn’t have ever been bought if they’d described it correctly.

I purchased online and since their was a major delay in arrival I called to cancel. I ended up speaking to a supervisor that cancelled the order. However, it was still delivered. I returned the order and it was received on May 9th and now I have to wait 30 days for a refund? That is a ridiculous policy for being big coorporation. I will never shop online at sephora.com again until they make it more efficient and fix their return policy. With their CS attitudes that doesnt seem it will happen any time soon.

Wish I had read Trustpilot prior to placing an order. I have purchased previously without issue but this time both my order and a Customer Service response has proved impossible to obtain. The courier tracking hasn't been updated since 6.5.23. Have requested a refund. Previous contributors suggest this is a scam site - I hope it isn't but will check my bank account out

Seconda esperienza negativa nel negozio di Sesto San Giovanni... Le commesse hanno difficoltà a capire le esigenze del cliente. Avevo visto una palette di ombretti coi colori che mi piacevano, la commessa mi mostra alternative coi colori simili e mi suggerisce la palette marca Sephora, facendomi provare il test. La compro, pensando fosse simile.nei colori. Sfortunatamente le luci del negozio fanno.sembrare i colori molto simili alla prima palette che avevo scelto. Al rientro a casa me ne accorgo dopo averla provata. Oggi al negozio mostro la differenza e si scusano, dicendomi che avendola provata non potevano cambiarla. Giustissimo,enon pretendevo un cambio merce, ma sarebbe buona abitudine dare un campioncino, per porgere delle scuse... ovviamente non l ho ricevuto... insegnate a queste ragazze come trattare coi clienti!!!

Habe dort bestellt, Parfum hat gefehlt. Reagieren wochenlang nicht auf Nachrichten und nun garnicht mehr! Wollen dass man das Parfum bezahlt, weil man keine Anzeige bei DHL gestellt hat. Lasst euch nicht verarschen. Das muss man garnicht! Das müssen die selber machen. Seit dem keine Reaktion mehr. Völlig schlechter Kundenservice. Weder Parfum als Ersatz wurde geschickt noch die Rechnung korrigiert ! Fühle mich abgezockt!

Acquistato tramite app, il pacco non si sa dove sia. Gls è incontattabile, Sephora ha un servizio clienti imbarazzante non danno risposte, non posso annullare il pacco ho speso 60€ e nessuno ha idea di dove si trovi la mia roba. Siete vergognosi
