Literally full of sour, miserable racists women. Even The Arab woman was so unprofessional towards me, i had to tell her not to speak to me like that, I'm in my 50's not 20's. I'm tired of it. I can't help it if I don't look my age, doesn't give you the right to talk down to me in a dismissive manner, it's old, change the record. Gauantee I was older than all of them! She LITTERALLY was all smiles and please come back, thank you for your custom, with this white customer, then her face went all sour when talking to me and full of attitude.. The switch was so obvious, even my white friend caught it and she's oblivious to everything. Nasty piece of work. I'd be the perfect mystery shopper because most people are just rude to me. I don't blend in, I stick out, have a quirky style and look strong. Always seems to rub them the wrong way or it could be cause they all have crows feet and just despise Black women coming into the store with our flawless and ageless skin.. Who knows what makes them tick. The service industry is to provide a service to all, equally. If you don't understand that concept then go and work in a morgue, not with live people. I felt like I was in Barcelona all over again. These people are not even English and I was born here and they treat me like a 2nd class citizen. I had to drive to the store to speak to someon because I couldn't get a number, no chat, nothing. I sent an email and I've even set up a case with resolver because Evri claimed they delivered my package, took a photo of a bunch of packages, not even a singular. We have a massive sign that reads. Packages MUST not be left in the communal area as THEIVES OPERATE IN THE AREA! What does he do? Steals it or leaves it there, doesn't bring it up like the others do. Hermes or Evri are the Bain of my existence. Honestly just want my money back. I can't use them, you can't get a hold of anyone when things go wrong. BIG SIGN, not to use them. Plus the racial hatred from them in the store is just another level. I don't even know if the 100% AUTHENTIC hipnotic was send out to me, or the vile replacement that smells of sick and alcohol ... I guess I'll never know. Now I owe clearpay monies for something that hasn't turned up!

When you make a mail return to Sephora, they send you an email informing you that you will receive your refund “within 10 business days.“ They do not abide by this claim, and instead say that it takes 30 days from the day you send your return, when FedEx gets it in their hands, to receive a refund, & that if it hasn’t been processed, contact them and you’ll receive your refund then. Well, Customer Service has given me the runaround online, in email & by supervisors on the phone, giving me different answers, finally deciding that I have to wait literally indefinitely, that there is no end/resolution date, no date with which I can contact them in the future and receive my $140 refund, if the warehouse hasn’t processed the return by then, (which they always do the very next day after receiving it). They received my return 26 days ago and it was sent out 31 days ago. What they’re basically saying is that if they NEVER process it, I’ll NEVER see my $140 again. This, from a supervisor. So, they’re keeping the products AND keeping my money! What they’re doing is the literal definition of stealing. The WH clearly lost my return and it’s never going to be processed, and therefore, $140 is gone, forever. This company needs to be run out of business ASAP. I cannot believe they’re stealing that much $ from a customer. And I’m not the only one. They can’t tell me a single thing I’ve done wrong or any kind of policy I’ve violated. I mean, nothing! Just, “sorry, you’re just gonna have to wait indefinitely, and I can’t give you a date by which you can call us if it hasn’t been processed, so you can get your refund.” This is against their own business claims, which are in writing. I’m dead serious when I say nothing else has gone on, that exactly what I said is exactly what’s occurred. There’s nothing else to it, like it might be easy to think, since it’s so outrageous. It’s now May 29. The items were purchased on April 17 and were in FedEx hands for return 11 days later on April 28, and received by Sephora on May 3. It’s all documented. And their Customer Service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. They couldn’t care less about your problems. And keeping the customer’s money, when they have the returned items, also, is literal theft.

Eine Katastrophe! Ich habe einen Artikel meiner Bestellung zurückgeschickt. Laut dem Kundenservice kam mein Paket nie an. Sendungsnummer bestätigt aber den Empfang. Eine Erklärung musste ich ausfüllen den Artikel wirklich zurückgeschickt zu haben, was ich getan habe. Dann habe ich eine Email mit einer angeblich Rückerstattung erhalten, die aber NIE kam. Also sowas dreistes habe ich selten erlebt. Jetzt werden alle meine weiteren Nachrichten ignoriert. Anzeige ist demnächst raus.

Still waiting on my order. Was showing at collection point 4 days ago then mysteriously has a problem which they are “working hard to resolve”. No updates at all from Sephora or delivery company.

Purtroppo ho fatto un ordine in cui mi venivano regalate determinate Sephora box e mi sono arrivati solo profumi dopo aver speso una cifra abbastanza alta, per non parlare della pessima gestione del servizio telefonico per lo più a pagamento, non sono in grado di risolvere il problema veramente pessimi..

Keine Lieferung erhalten. Paket ging verloren, gut, das kann passieren. Was aber nicht passieren darf, dass Sephora wochenlang das Geld nicht erstattet und auch keine neue Ware schickt. Ich musste letztlich sogar den Paypal Käuferschutz aktivieren, ohne den ich mein Geld wohl nie wieder gesehen hätte. Ich habe jahrelang im Ausland und auch in Deutschland in den Läden Ware gekauft, das werde ich von nun an nicht mehr tun. Selbst für deutsche Verhältnisse ein extrem lausiger Kundenservice.

Giorni fa avevo ordinato dei prodotti dal sito online di Sephora e passati quattro giorni il pacco non era stato ancora spedito, dopo poco mi è arrivata una email che diceva che l'ordine era stato annullato perché non erano disponibili gli articoli. Sul sito però risultava che c'era disponibilità per tutti e quanti i prodotti. Il sito di Sephora non viene evidentemente sempre aggiornato e questo trae in inganno alcuni clienti... Spero solo che questo problema venga sistemato!
