I paid £201.00 on the 15th June to Sephora for my order of my cosmetics I waited and waited to discover that there delivery company evri has delivered my parcel to someone else address. I have contacted evri and Sephora with photographic evidence and still no replacement nor refund and no apology truly disgusting I paid for these items from my disability pension. I am ready to bring legal action.

Es ist 19:52 Uhr und es ist bis 20 Uhr geöffnet, nur noch 2 Kunden im Geschäft, die zweite Eingangstür bereits geschlossen, werde ich nicht mehr ins Geschäft in Düsseldorf gelassen und vom Wachschutz verbal abgewiesen, obwohl ich NUR mein Click und Collect Paket aus dem Locker neben der Eingangstür holen wollte! Könnt ihr behalten, nie wieder kauf ich bei euch!

Sephora gift cards are deceiving customers. After utilizing their branded gift card for a purchase, the remaining balance is inexplicably zeroed out, and the card becomes invalid for future purchases. Upon contacting customer service and speaking with a supervisor, I was informed that the remaining balance is credited back to the original purchaser of the gift card. However, the gift card was intended as a gift. Why would Sephora implement such a policy? Their explanation was that they have no control over how third-party companies handle their gift cards. Don’t purchase gift cards with Sephora.

Nefasta, incompetentes, muy mala gestión, fatal en pedidos online, llevo esperando una respuesta y devolucion por parte de SEPHORA, ya mas de 21 dias, son unos SINVERGÜENZAS, las chicas que cogen el teléfono en AC, muy bonitas palabras, te enviaremos un correo electrónico o recibirá un llamada de teléfono, y nada, para una devolucion de un producto que nunca me llegó, ni recogi en el punto de recogida, el producto se encuentra en el punto de recogida y hasta que no les llegue devuelta al almacén, no proceden a la devolución, son unos sinvergüenzas, porque independientemente de si les llega el producto o no, tienen que dar soluciones y respuesta a los clientes, que viven de ellos, osea que si el producto se pierde en el camino, me están diciendo que no voy a recibir el reembolso, SINVERGÜENZAS, no comprendo ONLINE, PESIMA GESTIÓN

My order was placed on 5 June. On 9 June, I contacted customer service because the order was still showing as "packing". I questioned how long it should take to pack two products and requested that the order be cancelled so I could instead purchase the items via Click & Collect, as I urgently needed them. I was advised by the customer service representative that cancellation was not possible and that my only option was to receive the goods and then return them. Shortly afterwards, I received a consignment notification indicating that delivery was expected by 10 June. However, by 15 June there had been no movement or update on the tracking. I contacted Australia Post and was informed that the sender had not yet lodged the parcel, and that I would need to contact Sephora directly. I then spoke with customer service representative Michael C, who advised that he would investigate the matter with another department and provide an update via email within 1–2 business days. Given that the parcel had clearly not left the supplier, I again requested cancellation of my order. Unfortunately, I was subsequently ignored by your customer service team and left waiting in the online chat without any assistance or resolution. This level of service is unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of communication and customer care. My experience with Sephora has been extremely disappointing. Due to the poor handling of this matter, I will not be making future purchases from Sephora and will not be recommending the company to friends or family.

Ich wollte meine Bestellung am selben Tag noch stornieren. Dies wurde mir verweigert, ich solle die Lieferung abwarten und diese dann mit Grundabgabe retournieren. Eine Stornierung sei nur bis zu 15 Minuten nach Bestellung möglich. Also nochmal, die Bestellung, die aktuell noch im Lager ist und noch nicht bearbeitet wurde soll ich in 3-5 Werktagen annehmen, dann den Retoureschein ausfüllen nur um sie wieder im Paketshop zurück zu schicken?? Das ist so eine Zeitverschwendung, abgesehen davon ist das doch auch umweltschädigend? Es ist 2026. Unmöglich sowas. Ich bestelle auf gar keinen Fall dort nochmal.

So. They lie to their customers. I went into a location to purchase shampoo and conditioner for my wife. After speaking to their employee about what I was looking for I was shown a product that would possibly help. I purchased what I was offered only to get home and find out that i was sold 2 shampoos and no conditioner. Since it was already opened I couldn't return it. When I went back to the location to let them know and purchase the ACTUAL conditioner, I found out that they have zero clue about the products that they sell. Even they didn't know that it was 2 shampoos until I pointed it out to them. No apologies nothing.
