Please send yre issues to them so this company stops its bad trading practices. I never got £100 egift voucher that i paid for to be sent as a gift. Its theft by stealth.

Ordine pervenuto privo di alcuni articoli ed in confezione non conforme Essendo cliente da vecchia data il mio disappunto è forte. Non ho più fiducia e non acquisterò più nulla.

Sephora Cashier stole item from my bag which I only discovered accidentally when returning to the till to ask a question. Her hand was ready with my item as soon as she saw me come back. Unbelievable. Sephora do better! Do not hire thieves and liars as employees for a start!

Used to order from feelunique all the time. Tried to order online from Sephora website. Cannot checkout my basket at all. Website full of broken links etc. PayPal not working. Add card not working. No customer service at all. Chat is just a bot who hasn't helped at all! Says Klarna and Clearpay are payment options but not evident when I check out! Oh well back to Look Fantastic / Glossybox I go! Sephora is not worth the hassle!

I always get a rep greeting as I enter or someone asking if I need assistance. My negative experience was with the cashier at Yorkdale on Saturday afternoon, August 12th. I was checking out with 2 products that cost me $90 total. The cashier Saira looked miserable, was short in her answers “give it to me” when I raised my shopping basket to the counter, and did not look like she wanted to be there. What a terrible way to end a visit at Sephora. She should not be in customer service. Handed me the receipt without eye contact or a “have a nice day” like my daughter received beside me with the other cashier. The customer experience is from start to finish and Saira needs proper training and see how she is received by others.

ORDEN N° 9001389805 I received a notification, on your website that I found photos of my house and a box of products. The photo is time and geolocation. But no one received a package. My house has a concierge and video cameras. I contacted Sephora support and 99minutos.com and sent them camcorder videos during this interval. There was no courier and no package. There has been no response for days. I wait a few more days and write a statement to the police about the theft. Update 8/16/2023: An unknown person received the package. Who it is I have no idea. There are no tenants and employees with that name in my house. Recibio: Vigilante - Arturo Gutiérrez | CP Por el veloz Don veloz JN ALV d5939 Do couriers deliver packages to just anyone? Or is it a scam to steal the package?
