SephoraReviews of sephora.com

They used to be great. But the last few times I ordered, the packaging was horrible. Shampoo bottles were cracked because of horrible packaging, and even they resent it, still got cracked because they still didn’t package it well. After COVID hit, it got worse. I love their products with many options and promotions. However, packaging got even worse now that I don’t want to buy from them anymore because I have to deal with customer service every time I order. Hope it gets safer to go to the store and buy them in stores.

I love shopping sephora.com but recently they have been delivering usps i live in Miami im so angry they do this my things get stolen so much from this usps I hate it so much sephora.com please stop sending to usps you send it an a pretty sephora.com box thats easy for them to remove tape and take items out then deliver i was lucky to catch 1 driver putting my box ask delivered and driving away with it and was never delivered. I wish there were stricter rules on drivers stealing i recently purchased a mini dolce&Gabbana set and the bottles were empty i wasnt able to contact sephora.com about it i couldn't get through to them order 30359226212

The customer service online is not great at all but I do still love my make up in store

In October I ordered some sale items from Sephora.com & got my purchases in a very reasonable amount of time and with some great bonus items (I really appreciate the fact that Sephora puts all the codes for discounts & freebies right on their site). Then I ordered even more items on Black Friday and I'm still waiting for them! They send me an update every day saying it's coming, but I've still got nothing. Plus all the decent bonuses were gone. Very disappointed.
