Honestly the worst decision to try this company. I ordered 160 quid worth of products and paid next day delivery. No items showed up so I contacted Sephora and asked what was going on and they were initially very helpful and refunded my next day however that’s all I’ve heard and my 160 quid parcel is still missing. No one is answering me on any of the help platforms and no one seems to be able to locate the package or send a new one out. I bought it on Sunday next day for Monday as I was going on holiday in a weeks time, fast forward to Thursday and I'm still clueless. Stick to other suppliers in the uk like space nk. Will not be using it again.

Honestly my only issue is that it takes 7-12 business days for them to refund you on canceled orders. Maybe that’s normal for most retailers and I’m just oblivious but it’s inconvenient and I hope they improve it in the future

Roligt att de har andra märken än kicks och Åhléns men deras webbshop är riktigt usel. Det går inte att välja något annat leveranssätt än att hämta i butik och slutsålda varor visas som om de finns kvar. Jag betalade en gång för en ögonskugga som visade sig vara slutsåld.

Buongiorno volevo farvi conoscere la mia esperienza che ho avuto ieri mattina verso le ore 11,45 nel centro Campania di Marcianise, siccome mi è capitato diverse volte di essere trattata come una persona ignorante ( sull argomento make up) ho deciso adesso di dire la mia. Premetto se acquisto da voi sia io ma in special modo mia figlia spendiamo in media 80,00euro circa di più,e non di meno, sono talvolta servita da persone incompetenti e alquanto infastidite che cercano solo di venderti il prodotto e non siamo parlando di uno qualsiasi ma di Lancome, e non di farti capire i benefici....poi se tu provi a dire che vorresti stare sotto un certo badge loro insistono e insistono finché vai via senza acquistare nulla o quasi chiedi un contorno occhi, quello che hai sempre usato e ti mostrano un altro che è una crema viso tu lo fai notare e non si scusano neanche...e la chicca poi è questa ci sono campioncini che danno chiunque che secondo me è un modo per testare in prodotto per poi acquistarlo, ma loro non ti filano per nulla, a ecco poi capisco che forse a fine giornata i campioncini solo per loro. Che dire ci sono varie profumeria molto più professionali io vi consiglio di prendere esempio da loro io naturalmente dirò la mia sempre e vi do consiglio migliorativi basta poco☺️

I use to order a lot from Sephora but my recent experience made me stop. They have no customer support whatsoever.

I made the mistake of trying the Same Day Unlimited free trial just before Christmas 2022. I did not cancel in time and was charged for the year and they do not let you get a refund. This is my bad and so were some of the reasons I found out the hard way that the Same Day Unlimited is not that helpful. I am in a metro area and near an even larger metro area, so I don't think I should see too many issues on availability, but I did.You need to make sure you clicked on the Same Day shipping option while adding each item to your cart. After an order arrived later than I expected, I realized this. So next time I tried to use this feature and I clicked the option, I found that almost all items I needed were not available for Same Day shipping. So it is cumbersome to use and not as useful as you would think. I think I'll keep my fee for using on the 6.95 fee the few times they area available to get that fast.

Nach all den schlechten Bewertungen über den Kundenservice, der schlechten Bestellabwicklung und Retour, habe ich wohl noch Glück gehabt. Die Bestellabwicklung verlief zügig, Parfüm war original, Ware erhalten, die ich bestellt habe. Jo Melone White Moss &Snowdrop. Das Parfüm ist das Geld nicht wert. Riecht wie ein Billigparfüm und auch nur 2 Std. Schlechtester Duft von Jo Melone. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Didn’t deliver the full order that I had placed, and with the time it takes them to respond I cannot replace the missing item in time for a bird that present. First and last order, I can see no responses on here so they obviously don’t care about customer service.
