First time on the website and proceeded to place my order Every item had a separate delivery charge - so an order totalling £33 would have cost £21 for packaging and postage . What ? I mean seriously ? For regular beauty products that are not that big ? The prices were not competitive anyway and I only tried as I had a voucher I don’t think this company is serious about customer service or business and I will certainly not be bothering with them again It’s a real shame we can’t give zero star…

The campaign "Try ME" that says that I will receive an EXACT parfume sample with the one that I buy(so I can return if necessary), did not send me the exact one, instead they replace with a parfume from the same brand that smells totally differently, and now I can't refund it. The shop cart is different, in the mail that I receive says that the sample is from YSL Y EDP, in the website order says is from YSL Libre. The smell of the sample was from YSL Libre, so I'd said that this is their mistake that they mistaken the sample, and I will try the parfume.

Habe das gleiche erlebt wie meine Vorredner!! Bestellung wurde einfach storniert und bin mir sicher, so wollen die ‚billig‘ an Kundenadressen kommen. Habe leider erst nach meiner Bestellung die Bewertung gelesen und war geschockt. Total unseriöse Firma. Ich habe bei Idialo Beschwerde eingereicht, denn die gleiche Creme wurde wieder reingesetzt, als Lieferbar.

Katastrophale Erfahrung im Sephora Shop in Dijon, Frankreich. Aggressives und unfreundliches Personal als wir bezahlen wollten und auf die de-tax Möglichkeit verwiesen, welche im Shop angepriesen wurde, sprich einen Teil der Mehrwertsteuer reduziert werden sollte, wurden unsere europaweit gültigen Identifikationskarten einfach ignoriert. Die würden nicht akzeptiert, sehr aggressiv, sehr unfreundlich in keiner Weise auch nur an einer Lösung interessiert. Sephora? Nie wieder.

I bought perfume from this company, was told product would be delivered within 7-10 days, nothing showed up. I advised customer service and they advised that it must have got lost in the post and that I would get a refund. Still waiting for this refund 7 days after I was told I would get one. Ignoring emails sent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Brought a hairflair product (UK) sent it back for a refund, 6 months now, still haven’t received my money back. Poor customer services, they ignore my emails for months.
