Well what can I say about Sephora in the UK. They are shocking, rude and have the most appalling customer service, I have ever dealt with. My item arrived yesterday and I opened the packaging to find the item damaged and missing a part. The item was quite expensive and the response I got from customer service is they will offer me a £10 gift voucher!! Are they having a laugh. Once this is sorted I will be closing my account with them and never be using them. I hate writing bad reviews on anything but Sephora is a lying, scam of company to use. I can’t believe it is still in business!! Why?? Order number: FN75079723

Do not buy. We are now being sold expired ilia products from Sephora uk online. The second one was the replacement they sent and it was the same. Bought this last week so buyer beware. I’ve lost £48 and their customer service is a Bot. The joys of early Xmas shopping. Nov 2023

Ich habe am 16.10. bei Sephora bestellt und beim Bestellprozess wurde leider der 5 € Gutschein für Neukunden nicht angerechnet. Anruf bei der Hotline ist umgehend erfolgt, allerdings können die angeblich nicht helfen und verweisen auf den Kundenservice als E-Mail Kontakt. Gesagt getan und mittlerweile schon 3 Mails gesendet. Aber, was habe ich auch erwartet, bisher kam natürlich eine Nullreaktion. Beim Erstkontakt kam noch eine automatische Antwort, die auf Bearbeitungszeiten von EINER WOCHE verweist, wo leben die bitte? Die 5 € kann ich somit wohl abschreiben und Sephora mich als Kunden ebenfalls. Die Bestellung an sich kam an und war vollständig. Lieferzeit natürlich auch nicht wirklich zeitgemäß. Aber gut, jetzt bin ich eine Erfahrung reicher.

Bestellung nach 2 Wochen immer noch nicht losgeschickt, auf Nachfrage passiert nichts. Bei der 2. Nachfrage wurde die Bestellung einfach storniert, obwohl das eigentlich gar nicht gewünscht war. Der Laden ist absoluter Schmutz! Wenn’s geht wo anders bestellen, man bekommt es eh nicht!

My parcel , worth £150 , got lost in transit ( order was placed on the 15th of October ). I was told , refund has been issued a week ago . Still waiting . Not great .

I applied for a credit card to receive a 25% discount with them and it took the card 4 months and 4+ phone calls to get the card and I never got the discount I was promised. It feels like a scam and I don’t recommend getting it. Also they never update my information on file and ask me to apply for a credit card every time I shop even though I already have the credit card.

Tutte le volte che entro nel negozio di via martelli a Firenze, le commesse sono perennemente impegnate a chiaccherare delle loro faccende tra di loro e quando osi chiedere qualcosa ti rispondono scocciate, tant’è che, nonostante tutte le volte vada con l’idea di comprare un prodotto, il loro atteggiamento mi induce a non comprare.
