This place is a scam. I ordered an item and paid for fast delivery. Item out of stock - got a refund for the item, but not the fast delivery. They don't refund delivery when they have nothing to send.

SEPHORA PORTA DI ROMA è la seconda volta che vado in negozio dopo il rinnovo ed è la seconda volta che ho esperienze pessime. Commesse alla cassa assolutamente distratte e svogliate. Con una fila lunghissima UNA sola cassa aperta, abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi di aprire. C'è stato un problema con i loro sistemi quindi non è stato possibile ritirare un prodotto ordinato online e mi hanno detto di ritornare pur avendo lo stesso prodotto disponibile a negozio. Per non avere alcun risultato, poiché una mi diceva una cosa una un'altra "affidandomi" ad altre cassiere completamente inesperte e menefreghiste, ho dovuto aspettare quasi mezz'ora dopo che mi avevano completamente abbandonato e se ne erano andate a chiacchierare nel retro ... MAI PIU'

Så jeg henter appen, finder udsalgsvaren som er sat ned 15 % og skriver koden. “Koden er udløbet” står der så - Selvom der står tydelig på hjemmesiden at man kan anvende koden. Spild af min tid og jeg kommer naturligvis ikke tilbage.

Ich habe 2021 einen 30€ Gutschein zu Weihnachten geschenkt bekommen. Der ist laut Aufdruck 3 Jahre gültig. Nach 1,5 Jahren wollte ich damit im Laden einkaufen und er hat nicht funktioniert. Ich wurde damit abgebügelt, dass man da jetzt nichts tun könne, im Laden haben sie mit den online Gutscheinen nichts zu tun. Daraufhin habe ich bei der Hotline angerufen, die mir nicht weiterhelfen konnten, aber zumindest im System sehen konnten, dass die Laufzeit des Gutscheins zu kurz im System hinterlegt war. Ändern konnte das jedoch niemand. Einen neuen Gutschein habe ich auch nicht bekommen. Der versprochene Rückruf ist nie erfolgt. Dann habe ich eine Mail geschrieben. Auch dazu erfolgte nie eine Rückmeldung. Und dass sich hier vom Kundenservice niemand zu den ganzen Beschwerden äußert, spricht ebenfalls Bände. Ein unseriöses Unternehmen. Null Kundenfreundlich. Das Geld ist weg. Finger weg. Geht lieber zu Douglas!!!

if i could give -xx i would. Purchased items at a stand alone store in Va., I live in SC. The product is terrible. I called customer service and was told that I can not return by mail, and would have t return to a stand alone store, which would be hours away. So much for their rude customer service team who cant think out of the box. So I am stuck with $$$ product that my sensitive skin did not like. Wont shop at sephora again.

nul voleur et menteur j ai acheter un recil soit disant miraculeux l ai ouvert et la brosse ne ma pas plus donc je les ai appeler et m on dit de le ramener pour un changement une fois remis leurs recil a la c... elles m on dit : a bein non il a été ouvert pourtant je l ai ai expliquer au telephone avant de venir elles m ' on dit pas de problémes et une fois arrivée en boutique elles on changer d avis on ne peut pas le reprendre ont - elles dit !!! je vous conseille kiko tres aimable et ELLES au moins essaie leurs produits sur leurs clients jamais plus de sephora
