I was groomed in by the offer of getting a free goodie bag if u spend £150. I spent over the required amount and yet, I did not receive it. Customer service said they 'ran out'. Not acceptable. Feel Unique to come back please.

My wife bought me a Dior Sauvage Elixir from Sephora online. The perfume is FAKE! Avoid Sephora! They might be cheap but they are fake!

Over the last couple of years orders that I placed online ALWAYS arrived with perfume samples missing. They are present in the shipping confirmation email, in stock online, just not in the package. The second time it happened it was clearly not a coincidence. I have contacted Customer Service regarding this problem 3 times over the span of 2 years to no avail. Somehow not a single other online store has had this problem. They are not taking the issue of perfume samples' theft seriously, which leads me to believe that this is a money making scheme for someone.

Volevo recensire lo store Sephora di Napoli, al di fuori di una commessa che mi ha aiutato nella scelta dei prodotti domenica 19/11, vado in cassa per pagare, e, per agevolare la fila, scelgo di pagare con carta come mi è stato proposto da questa commessa (bionda) SGARBATISSIMA quando dopo una spesa cospicua le chiedo gentilmente dei campioncini (CHE SPETTANO DI DIRITTO A CHI ACQUISTA non è che ve li dovete mettere voi in tasca e in più essendo IO un soggetto allergico) che non ne aveva neanche uno guarda caso… e per prendermi in giro mi infila un campioncino di crema ANTIRUGHE (ho 25 anni non penso di dover già utilizzare crema antirughe). Non ho fatto questione perché ero in compagnia e perché sono una persona educata, ma esattamente la scelta del personale viene fatta ad occhi chiusi? simpatia/antipatia? Sicuramente non tornerò più in questo store, ma spenderò altrove.
