Sito che fa schifo. Non funziona affatto soprattutto se dimentichi la password. Veramente deludente.

Placed an order for sale items, email sent to me next day telling me some items had sold out so Sephora where giving me a refund, it turns out they didn’t give me the full refund to which they claimed to give me a credit voucher as an apology. However this was the remainder of what I had paid for the order, so typically took my money to then make me believe they had done a good deed 😂 won’t be shopping with this store again

Was given a tracking number to CHINA post and a website that could be false, 17Track was the website where I could track AT144048185CN. However when it came to delivery day I was home and nothing came. I asked the mail man and neighbours who we know as a small and loving street we look out for each other. so I reported this as undelivered. They insisted as the tracer says it delivered it was and I should go look for it or maybe it was stolen. Which they are not responsible for!! Shock horror, I guess this is not unusual for this company as I come here (which I should have done to begin with!) and see that many have missing post and the company is robbing us all of money! I asked for the carrier info I USA so I can ask them where the package is and the agent hasn’t replied to that question. Just keeps saying the tracker says it’s delivered. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

Wahnsinn, dass so etwas noch möglich ist. Webshop funktioniert nicht vernünftig, nach 30 Minuten und 5 Versuchen Bestellung von 2 Produkten endlich geglückt. Keinerlei Versandbestätigung oder ähnliches. Nach einer Woche kommt eine Mail, die mir bestätigt, dass meine Retourenanfrage eingegangen sei.

Sephora Roma Termini È un negozio inqualificabile. Molto al di sotto degli standard Sephora. Il negozio è sporco e molto confusionario e il personale è scarso e impreparato. Si respira un’atmosfera pessima. Evidentemente il responsabile di questo store è un incapace. Mai più.

PESSIMA ESPERIENZA - Totale incompetenza delle commesse senza alcuna conoscenza dei prodotti che vendono, per darti informazioni devono leggere sulla scatola. Alla fine mi sono ritrovata con un fondotinta di un colore che non avevo scelto e impossibile da cambiare perché aperto.

Ho solo perso tempo e ho fatto pure una brutta figura con mia madre. Ho ordinato due prodotti il 24/11 con gli sconti del Black Friday risparmiando 13,50€ in totale. Ieri 28/11 mi annullano l'ordine perché uno dei due prodotti non era più disponibile. Perché anziché darmi l'opportunità di modificare l'ordine mi è stato annullato senza alcun preavviso? Era il regalo per mia madre che avevo ordinato a distanza perché non viviamo nella stessa regione. Prima e ultima volta.
