I have been ordering makeup from Sephora for more than a year, and although sometimes their customer service lasts a bit long to respond, they always try to sort it out. I get my packages on time, and not once has it been damaged. Sometimes the free samples I ordered arent the ones I asked for, but they make sure to replace what I wanted with something else ( so I get my three free samples either way). You cant really cancel an order, but you can always go to the store and return it. It may not be convenient for everyone, but atleast you get your money back, without worrying about shipping it back. So far so good. Prices are on the high end, but I wouldnt complain about that. As far as Im concerned, they have alot of top quality merchandise. Great service overall. I did order a $300 Kat Von D bag with her signature on it, and the signature was not inside, sooo that really bummed me out. Returned it. Other than that, I think they do pretty good.

Love Sephora!!! Have been a customer for many, many years. This is where I buy the majority of my skin care/beauty/hair products. Love the Freebies, the Weekly Specials and the Beauty Insider rewards. I am a VIB Rogue and get treated as royalty with lots of additional perks and even % off purchases.

I much prefer shopping on the Sephora website than in stores. They have a better selection, imo and you get free samples, gifts with promo code and items for points redemption that aren't in store. Items always come properly packaged and everything is perfect!

I ordered from Sephora's website for the first time about a month ago. They have an enormous selection--I found it hard to stop shopping! The items I did order came quickly, and arrived carefully packaged. Excellent service.
