Appalling appalling customer service, do NOT shop at Sephora. I ordered Christmas presents 10days again, the website is still saying order pending and the only customer service I am able to get through to is a crappy automated robot who is unable to explain where my order is. Deeply deeply disappointed.

Worst customer experience, First they send my package to my local Post mail service which forced me to walk in a snow storm to grab my package. Only to find out that they send me an empty box. After contacting their costumer service three time. I was told that a refund or a replacement was not going to be offered to me. Not only did I lost my girlfriend present. I will lost some precious time dealing with them. I will never order from them again and tell everyone the bad experience that I had

Dont waist your time with this bunch of so and so’s i will never use them again, they promise all these discounts and promo codes it all false , theres lots of decent companys out there , keep away from this one

Mi sono recata in un centro commerciale dove c’è sephora e ho fatto la tinta alle sopracciglia forse un bambino era capace più della ragazza addetta alla postazione mai più recarmi da sephora e poi parlano male dei centri estetici cinesi

Ordine annullato per merce non disponibile, ma invece c'era, guarda caso il giorno della promozione. Successivi tentativi andati in errore tecnico....

Il servizio clienti è inclassificabile, inesistente, pessimo. Mi meraviglia molto che non ci sia un responsabile ai vertici che si accorga di quanto sono ignobili! Per non parlare delle commesse : in qualsiasi città sono incompetenti, svogliate, maleducate,cafone. E' inutile vendere marchi blasonati e di tendenza se le commesse non sono in grado e se il servizio clienti non esiste !! Mai piu' e vedo che sono in buona compagnia.
