About a week after paying for my items, I had an email saying one of them was out of stock so it had been cancelled. This was annoying because that item was the reason I was buying from them in the first place. But what’s more annoying is that they’ve said they’ll only give me a partial refund on the item that’s out of stock. I’ve emailed them but haven’t heard back yet. Regardless, I won’t be shopping here again.

Do not purchase anything from Sephora! My boyfriend brought me the Sephora advent calendar. Multiple items were missing. When I contacted them they refused to send out any replacements. As you can imagine this would of cost a lot of money so to have multiple boxes empty is outrageous. Its a scam!!

Ordered twice when item showing in stock. Twice my orders have been cancelled when they have tried to fulfil my order. Obviously no connection between their website and their stock control system (if they even have one). BTW item still showing as in stock on their site, one hour after their latest cancellation email.

Ordered products on Black Friday and they were delivered to the wrong address by their error. Sephora refunded me less money than what I had paid knowing that I hadn’t received any goods. The customer service is disgusting, have been emailing back and forth and no direct contact until today, still more excuses and not resolved. Do not order online

Placed an online order for same day delivery before the cut off time, did not receive my order, called cust service to ask about the status of my order, was told that it was still in processing and that I would not receive my order that day even though I placed and paid for same day order. Received an email the next morning stating that item was out of stock and that my order was canceled, called customer service to see what options were available other than canceling, pretty much told there was nothing that could be done and that I would just have to wait for my financial institution to release my funds back to me. No solutions offered, nothing but what they cannot do. SMH.......ULTA is definitely a better store.
