I have been a maybelline girl my whole life. I recently switched to sephora mascara and I no longer get the black flakes under my eyes with their product. I switched over all my products: face cream, concealer, bronzer, the works. Not only do I get exceptional costumer service, but the girls help me find the tones that match my skin properly. I had been using the wrong color for over thirty years. I look fabulous now, thanks sephora!!! You saved my face.

Always get your items on time, they give you great samples and make you aware of new products. They make keeping your skin young and pretty easy.

Love the site even more than the stores! The Sephora store closest to my house is kind of small and inventory isn't the largest, so I have started ordering from the site every time I need something. Every time I have ordered from the website, my orders have arrived quickly and loved getting all the samples and perks. I had also subscribed to the Sephora Play! subscription for a while and also really liked it, even better than BirchBox or ipsy. LOVE Sephora.com and tell all my product-loving friends!

Sephora is amazing. SO many products and their return policy is so great. When you're buying expensive makeup that you've never used before, I think it's so awesome that they allow you to return what doesn't work with no hesitation! Their rewards program is also amazing. The only place I'll ever shop for makeup.

Went to the SEPHORA store in Upper Canada Mall. I must say, the store was immaculate, and the employees amazing! Very helpful! More specifically, an employee there by the name of Talia was super helpful and friendly. Talia will be my new “go to” girl for that location. 😁
