Avoid buying items online. I returned items worth about £100. Evri lost packages and Sephora will not refund your money if item doesn’t arrive to Sephora. You can return items at the stores. Although return delivery is arranged by Sephora, they won’t be responsible if so something happy with return delivery. They suggested the package should been insured, but I would expect the company to deal with that. Their customer service is shockingly poor.

I am dissatisfied with Sephora's subscription service. Firstly, I was taken aback by the automatic renewal of my subscription. There was no prior notification or reminder that this would be happening. A simple reminder or an alert would have been appreciated and is, frankly, expected in today’s consumer-focused market. The process of canceling the subscription has been unnecessarily cumbersome and 'user-unfriendly'. The fact that customers are required to raise a support ticket to cancel a subscription is both inconvenient and time-consuming. Most companies offer a straightforward, hassle-free method of managing subscriptions directly through their account portal. This is not just about ease of use but also about respecting the customer's time and autonomy. Sephora's insistence on a more convoluted process feels like a step backward and is incredibly frustrating. While I have previously considered Sephora a brand I can trust, these issues have left a sour taste in my mouth. It's a real shame to see them falter in such fundamental aspects of customer service. I hope Sephora takes this feedback seriously and implements more customer-friendly practices in the future.

I ordered eye shadow from Sephora online. They cancelled my order without telling me. When it didn't come, I used there online chat Customer Service. They told me they cancelled my order because they needed to verify my information. Everything they had was correct. I told them that. They still required me to re-enter what I had entered when I ordered it. I have now wasted 20 minutes on this, and they're still not done fixing it.

I ordered same moisturiser twice from Sephora but I never got my order. I called customer service multiple times but they didn’t actually figure out anything for me instead the lady said she can’t help me with that, but she can replace my order. She replaced it for me but I still didn’t receive that order.

Der Service wie auch der Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe. Ich werde seit Monaten wegen technischer Probleme hingehalten. Wenn man bestellt bekommt man eine alte olle Probe, die bei jedem anderen Händler besser ist. Im Laden ist das Personal unfreundlich. Für mich der aller letzte Laden mit dem schlechtesten Kundenservice. Ich hoffe Douglas bekommt demnächst auch rechte für ein paar exklusive Marken, sonst bestelle ich bei den Marken selbst. Nie wieder Sephora
