I love Sephora! But i wish they had more shipping carrier options, and more discreet packaging. I don’t trust UPS at all. And I was wrong to give it another chance. Ordered a few items and it got delivered at 10AM, they knocked once, then left. I got up a couple minutes later to check and there was nothing. I doubt anyone stole my package in that insane short amount of time and it could only mean the carrier took it back/stole it. My tracking still said delivered at front door but there was nothing even after checking everywhere I possibly could. Never changed so I reached out to Sephora and got it reordered. I just hope they don’t steal it this time. And I hope in the future Sephora gets rid of their logo in their box, as it does seem tempting for others to steal.

A dicembre avevo scritto una recensione riguardo la scarsa serietà di Sephora, in quanto avevo più volte reclamato la mancanza di una delle caselle del calendario dell’avvento senza ottenere mai un serio riscontro. Finalmente, dopo più di un mese, mi è arrivata la casella mancante accompagnata da una lettera di scuse. Apprezzo enormemente questo gesto, anche se non ripagherà tutte le ore perse al telefono in cerca di spiegazioni. Mi sembra, tuttavia, doveroso cambiare la mia recensione in una maggiormente positiva.

Great products and quality, but poor customer service :(

Ho cancellato la mia recensione negativa su Sephora perché mi sono resa conto che le cassiere non c’entravano niente. Sono stata gentilmente contattata dal negozio che in base alle telecamere mi ha informata che si vede che i soldi di resto sono caduti e li ha presi la cliente che veniva dopo di me. Purtroppo le circostanze sono state tali da indurmi a sospettare delle cassiere, ma devo dire che sono colpita dal fatto di essere stata chiamata e rassicurata su come si sono svolti i fatti.

They aight. Nothing special.

I used to spend ALL my money here, everything was extremely overpriced and never had sales. After realizing I was paying for overpriced makeup and paying for the CEO's mansion and life luxuries, I stopped shopping here. Now in 2021, majority of their products have significantly dropped in price and they have sales quite regularly. It brings me pure happiness to see people not struggle to afford makeup from sephora. It's about time customers stop having to pay a ridiculous markup for middle of the road quality.
