Appalling experience with Sephora. Love the shop but the on line experience is horrific. Ordered a small item for next day delivery, they use evri (be warned). Item didn’t turn up. I contacted Customer Service who only went round in circles with Evri. Refund requested but not processed and u am still without the product I paid for. Save yourself the hassle and use look fantastic or one of the other trusted online retailers instead…

Ist überhaupt keine Konkurrenz zu Douglas, BeautyBay und Co. Die App läuft nicht flüssig, kaum Angebote und Artikel auf Lager sind nicht bestellbar. Das beste sind die Angebote: 5% (!!!!!) Rabatt auf erste Bestellung. Sephora = Schrott

I'm sure most people would give five stars, until they have to deal with customer service, then it drops to one star. Product (Olaplex) was destroying my hair, but store and call centre customer service would not help. Products I was returning were all new and sealed, never opened. They care more about their "Policy", rather than customer care and retention. I will shop elsewhere from now on, at stores with better customer service.

Mi sono recata presso il punto Sephora- All interno del Bennet di Pavone Ivrea. Le dipendenti assolutamente da licenziare!! Scortesi,antipatiche, ti guardano male se provi i profumi tester!!!! Che sono messi li apposta!!! E in più stavano criticando tranquillamente una ragazza, credo collega... Non presente, figura pessima.. scrivo qua perché non si può scrivere una recensione liberamente sotto il punto vendita, spero venga recapitata... Grazie!!

Profondamente scorretti … una grande delusione! Con carta gold durante le promozioni niente sconto su una spesa di 487 € !

Pacco vuoto Ho effettuato un odine su Sephora on Line, dopo qualche giorno mi arriva il pacco integro ma VUOTO!! Contatto il servizio clienti, effettuo il reclamo con l’apposito modulo faccio le foto, mi contattano per informarmi che hanno fatto nuovamente l’ordine. Oggi 03/02/2024, ricevo nuovamente il pacco vuoto!!! UNA VERGOGNA. NON comprate su Sephora online

Da quando hanno tolto la possibilità di pagare in contanti ordine effettuato dal loro sito non ordino più nulla. Prima facevo tantissimi ordini. Ripristinate il pagamento in contanti.
