Love that I can get my rewards for free online and that there are extra options for samples that you may not get from a salesperson online. I generally prefer to visit Sephora in-store and often combine my purchase with a service. When I'm in a hurry and can't make it to a store, however, ordering on the Sephora app or website is quick and easy. Shipping speed is generally fast even though I'm not signed up for their Prime-like two-day shipping program.

Spesso acquisto da Sephora. Sicuramente ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Solitamente vado nel negozio al Centro Commerciale di Arese e devo dire che le ragazze sono sempre super disponibili. Ormai quando ho bisogno di qualcosa vado li, sono sicura che hanno ci che mi serve. Oltretutto hanno delle maschere visto ottime

I went to Sephora on Memorial Mall sometime this past weekend, I usually avoid going to Sephora due to the poor customer service the employees provide. Well anyway, that day this girl Sammie was such a great help! Sephora needs more employees like her! I was in search or a concealer and she helped me pick out the best option since I do have oily skin, and let me tell y’all NARS is the way to go! it’s kind of over priced for the amount the concealer has but believe me it’s worth it, I’m so thankful for her help, I always get the wrong concealer for my skin but this concealer looks AMAZIN! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
