over the years i have begun to shift from in store purchases to online purchase for three main reasons: 1. bigger product availability 2. better sample options 3. quick shipping i find it is much more convenient and give how quickly the shipping happens i am inclined to use the website more. The app is also pretty easily navigated and is updated regularly.

I love sephora. I'm a little surprised at the negative reviews below because I have been a customer for 4 years and never had a bad experience with the company. There was one incident with a sales person that was shocking but it wasn't sephora's fault and the employees fault only.

I go to the Sephora store at Town Square in Las Vegas, NV. They are always kind and helpful there. Always willing to give samples and returns are super easy! Keep up the good work!!

Ero scettica, erano anni che ormai non acquistavo da sephora, entrando nei negozi mi trovavo sempre a disagio, le commesse mi guardavano sempre dall'alto in basso, erano scorbutiche e maleducate. Ultima mia esperienza negativa allo store di Venezia in zona stazione, dove avendo acquistato "solo" una maschera le commesse avevano commentato dandomi della pezzente. Oh scusate se mi serviva una maschera. Oggi avevo bisogno di alcuni pensierini di natale, in preda alla disperazione entro da sephora al cc "Nave de vero" a Marghera: qui il miracolo è avvenuto! Commesse meravigliose, accoglienza stupenda, non invadenti, non hanno provato a vendermi niente che superasse il budget, mi hanno fatto la tessera con il sorriso anche se ho speso solo 20 euro!!!! Offerto cioccolatini e udite udite... Due omaggi. Ero talmente felice di questa cosa, che sono rientrata per comprare ancora altri pensierini, spesi altri 30 euro, e avendo finito i campioni me ne hanno fatto uno chiedendomi quale profumo preferissi!!! Mai successo da sephora... Manco a Parigi!! Commesse vi adoro, avete rialzato il nome di sephora che onestamente mi era andato moooolto giù.
