I’ve been a Sephora customer for nearly 16 years and will continue to give them my business for many more years to come. They have a very proactive & dependable customer service team. I’ve only had one issue with Sephora and it was minor....they forgot to include my samples🤭 I contacted customer service via email and not only did I get a response in a very timely manner, I got a phone call to help make their mistake right! They compensated me by adding extra beauty points to my account AND they sent a box with several deluxe samples!!!! I was blown away! They have a huge variety of free gifts w/select products and/or purchase (different products offered by the dollar amount spent on your order) numerous promotional codes for different products-usually popular and/or new arrivals, new products are added weekly to their beauty awards program, free shipping on your order if you spend $50 or more, free samples (2 samples per order, 12 sample products to choose from) and they keep you informed of all sales, promos and will send you incentives such as, 20-25% off your purchase. I love that they have such a huge selection of brands and products to choose from! Definitely one of my top 5 most loved & valued stores!!!

Nach all den negativen Bewertungen war ich auf alles gefasst. Aber ich wurde absolute von Gegenteil überzeugt. Meine Bestellung war unschlagbar im Preis und wurde innerhalb von 3 Tagen zuverlässig geliefert. Sogar mit Geschenkverpackung und persönlicher Grußkarte (die man frei wählen kann). Ich kann Sephora absolut weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für den tollen Service.

One of my products exploded in my package and Sephora customer service was excellent! I didn’t even wait long to get through, even with COVID19 going on. The guy was so sweet and helped resolve my issue! They’re sending me a replace for the product!

Contrary to other reviews I have never experienced any of the problems mentioned both in store or online.

Als ich meine Bestellungen aufgegeben hatte und es erstmal einige Tage gedauert hat, bis sie bearbeitet wurden und ich in der Zwischenzeit die vielen negativen Bewertungen hier gelesen habe, hatte ich etwas Angst. Ich kontaktierte auch das Kundenservice, dass sich trotz Corona-Krise und Glamour Shopping Week, am nächsten Werktag bei mir meldete. Der Herr am Telefon war auch sehr freundlich und nahm sich auch Zeit für das Gespräch. Jedenfalls kamen meine Bestellungen gut verpackt und unversehrt bei mir an. Es hat vermutlich ein paar Tage länger als sonst gedauert (waren meine ersten Bestellungen), aber es lief alles problemlos und ich werde wieder bei Sephora bestellen.

Sephora sempre number 1!!! Ho fatto un ordine il 13 aprile, mi è arrivato stamattina dopo soli pochi giorni! Nonostante l’emergenza covid, Sephora è sempre efficiente!

Ottimo! Ordinato su sephora.it venerdì 10/04 (andato subito in preparazione) nonostante le festività pasquali mi è arrivata la mail di spedizione con BRT il martedì 14/04 alle 17.30 e la mattina successiva ( mercoledì 15/04) alle 13 mi è stato consegnato il pacco corredato di campioncini. Servizio impeccabile, rapidissimi nonostante COVID e Pasqua. Avevo ordinato anche in precedenza in situazione normale e tutto era avvenuto perfettamente!
