I am quite suprised when I see a lot of bad reviews about buying online on Sephora. This is the first time I ordered from this brand and I bought quite a lot skincare products. They gave me 3 different free samples which are very adorable. Moreover, it took me less than a week ( from 7/27 to 7/31) to receive my package and they also sent me email frequently to track my order. Such a great experience to me and I definitely will order from Sephora again !!!

I have always had fantastic customer service with Sephora! I am more of an online shopper, but I do occasionally go in store as well. The associates are always welcoming and eager to assist. On the very rare occasion that I have had an issue with an online order, their customer service team by phone, chat, or email have always helped right away, no questions asked! The shipping is always 1 or 2 business days, as well, so very fast! I have been a loyal Sephora shopper for well more than a decade and will continue to be!
