Every time I purchase multiple items to activate an offer with free gift (with the item in my basket at time of purchase) sephora never deliver the free gift and by the time my confirmation email comes through the free gift disappears. I have tried to contact Sephora about this on multiple occasions and they either never responded failed to resolve the issue. This has now happened multiple times. I would like to point out that the offer is still active on their website so it is clearly not the case they they have run out….This is false advertising and poor (non existent) customer service. Really disappointed in this brand. They do not live up to the hype

è pazzesco che un negozio come Sephora faccia cosi pietà con il sito online! Sto aspettando un pacco da più di una settimana, Shein che spedisce dalla Cina è molto più veloce.. davvero senza parole, scandaloso!

Horrible. Don't fall for their credit card scam . I've never had a company take over a month to even ship a credit card with no updated information on when it should be received. Don't ever sign up for theirs.

pessimo, scortesia, ero venuta per cambiare un rossetto e non mi hanno fatto effettuare il reso, maleducate e poco garbate, ti prendono anche per i fondelli, d’altronde commesse antipatiche e ti si appiccicano come se stessi rubando

Sehr negatives Erlebnis, man fühlt sich nicht willkommen. Mitarbeiter in der Schildergasse in Köln lästern über Kunden offensiv. Nur weil ich eine Verkäuferin nach ihrem Augenmake-Up fragte. Als ich sie daraufhin ansprach, dass Kunden sehr wohl mitbekommen, wenn man über sie lästert, meinte diese Frau, dass das "nur meine Wahrnehmung" wäre. Dabei schauten alle 3 Verkäuferinnen im meine Richtung, als die eine ihnen was erzählte und offensiv auf mich hinwies. Verschaukeln kann ich mich selber. Die Verkäuferinnen schmicken sich während ihrer Arbeitszeit lieber selber, als wie Kunden zu beraten. Man fühlt sich als Kunde unwohl in diesem Laden. Dort kaufe ich nichts!!! Zudem schlechtes Beschwerdemanagement, da man nur per eMail Beschwerden absetzen kann.

I placed an 400$ order that was stolen unfortunately by porch piracy. Fed ex confirmed delivery after their internal investigation. I filed a police report but they were unable to do anything further. Sephora offered no assistance and placed sole blame on fed ex. I've been using sephora products for years and they couldn't resend or even at minimum offer a 10% discount. They are a major corporation that can write off this as stolen product tax deduction. I'm a hard working individual that 400$ dollars means a lot too. The fact sephora was so cold and said they ran it through computer and it was delivered so they cant do anything to call fed ex again. They were so unhelpful and it shows a lot about these mega corporations. No personal human connect. I will never use their product again and for those that still value human decency and interaction I would recommend to use another company. Customer service says everything and theirs speaks volumes that they don't care about the average person. Thank you sephora for no assistance

Ho effettuato un acquisto ultimamente sul sito online per un regalo di compleanno a cui tenevo in particolare modo.Sono rimasta molto delusa in quanto avevo scelto l’opzione confezione regalo con incluso il biglietto di auguri che non mi è arrivato, la confezione regalo una scatola strappata e tutta rotta dentro c’era il profumo di un costo abbastanza elevato buttato lì senza carta regalo insieme a due miseri veramente miseri campioncini, non all’altezza di Sephora. Ho contattato il servizio clienti chiedendo una nuova confezione regalo con relativo biglietto di auguri ma mi è stato risposto che non era possibile ma mi avrebbero dato un buono acquisto di tre euro che non ho mai avuto.Davvero pessimi

Absolutely disgusted. My order was left outside my house £750 worth of fragrance and health products left on my door step. They are not refunding me DO NOT BIY FROM THESE THIEVING b********
