In the past few months I have placed several orders. Some delivered to my home and some sent elsewhere as gifts. Even during this unusual time as well as the holiday season, Sephora has delivered accurately and within the timeframe stated. Sometimes even before the expected delivery. I appreciate the ease of ordering online as well as the email updates. This has not been the case with other competitor companies that I have used. I’ve had horrible experiences with Macy’s and will not use them again. Sephora will definitely continue to be my first choice . I’ve had equal great service in store as well. Thank you Sephora!

Mi sono trovata molto bene, sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Per sbaglio avevi messo l'indirizzo sbagliato e ho inviato immediatamente una email e il giorno dopo mi hanno risposto il modo molto gentile dandomi le indicazioni per come fare. Inoltre il pacco è arrivato in pochissimo tempo, ho fatto l'ordine domenica e mi è arrivato mercoledì nel primo pomeriggio Il pacco era in perfetto stato.

Good service, good offers. Hoping that they will be able to add some new brands. Useful tracking updates, with clear clarification of every stage, including awaiting for next available flight. A bit disappointed with my second purchase, where the products arrived defective. But the returns process was clear, although time-consuming due to the covid situation. But the refund was processed quickly while awaiting for collection of defective products. Definitely a trustworthy site to shop on.

I love the Sephora Studio Hoboken, NJ location! I'm a frequent shopper there and all of the girls there are super helpful, especially Jessica! It's still a pandemic and they have really been abiding by all regulations needed to keep us all safe. I really appreciate all of their help and genuinely have a great time shopping and talking with the whole staff.

Way better customer service then ulta also I love how super quick things ship and how easy it is to order off site I also love how they are offering free shipping right now so take advantage of that!!
