Great product, packaging and response to instruction where to leave it.

Update- REFUNDED I received my order on Thursday 9/1 at 7:56PM, it was promised by 8PM. I opened the package and the inside of the box was 93 degrees F, with one of the plastic cheese containers cracked and all the cheese "sweating." I emailed Sensibus immediately as to this was nearly $100 worth of cheese and asked if this order was safe to eat. They emailed back Thursday night and said my claim was under review and asked for pictures. I'm not sure how I was supposed to show heat in a picture but I did take pictures the best I could of the once melted cheese and the broken plastic container. This was Friday and now it is Thursday, six days later, with no response while nearly $100 worth of cheese has sat in my refrigerator untouched. I tried calling last Friday at 3:30PM PST and again today at 10:00AM PST with no answer, their phone hours are 9AM-4PMPST. There was a jar of honey in the order, too, and I'm sure that is safe. But essentially $100 for a jar of honey is incredibly outrageous. Very disappointed in the handling of this order.

Was pleased with my purchase, except the ciokocrem was only 3/4 full. But the product is enjoyable!! I will order from them again.

I'm looking forward to ordering more products from you. I use to live in Sacramento. Now being in Midwest I'm having issues with finding products to help me eat better.I'm glade that I found you. Thank you. R.Powell

Your service was flawless, and I enjoyed the product I purchased.

I like the selection they have and prices aren't too bad but was puzzled by the fact that shipping costs doubled as time passed by within an hour....from $17 to $36! Wasn't impressed with that.

I felt like the foods were very good however, a little on the expensive side; however, I loved it so much until I really didn't paying a little extra. The products arrived in a very timely manner.

Milian Pannettone no orange or citron peels found. Cheese, olives and salami outstanding.
