I was expecting an entire small cheese not just a slice. This was a gift giving the gift of just a tiny slice of cheese. This affected my order. I would've ordered more if I would've known.

Pan Forte (3 different items) arrived quickly, but only wrapped slices were sent - not the whole, round Pan Forte to which I am accustomed. Very disappointing.

I wish they would have listed the brand, it would have saved me a lot of money because my local Wegmans sells the same brand for much less.

When I received the products I was not expecting such small quantities. In the pictures shown the size was much different. I would appreciate if they put the ACTUAL size of the mini products they send out instead of those photos. Especially disappointed by the mini mini Pane Carrasatu. Usually it comes in big sheets, those small pieces are NOT what I was expecting. I'd rather pay more but get the real package with the full bread. Will not buy again.

I requested a couple of soft French cheeses. A Cremeu de Citeaux and Brillat Savarin. The Brillat was way over ripe, whch clearly did not occur during one day of shipping I go to France regularly and know a thing or two about cheese. I reached out to them twice and three days later, no response whatsoever. I told them it was over ripe, and requested either a replacement or a refund, Still waiting So I was finally contacted and credited gor the cheese I'll give 'em one more try

By far the best packing I have ever seen. However the best use date is already expired about 3 months. I used it almost immediately, and it was still good. Wish it's fresher for the price I paid

I would like to be on the list for the white winter truffles. They are always much better.

When the package arrived the content was too warm ... like it had been sitting in a UPS truck for 10 hrs. or more. However, thinking it might not keep, we sat down immediately and ate the cheese ... which was wonderful.
