The Sensibus website is easy to navigate and had just what I was looking for: Appenzeller Swiss cheese. Yes, it was pricey, but it can't be found at one's local grocer. My order came on time, packed for preservation. Adding the cost of shipping, this made the cheese expensive indeed. But I can't fault the quality of the product or the customer service. Specialty foods are not for everyday consumption. I love the taste of this cheese and will order from Sensibus again when the need arises.

This was my 1st time ordering from sensibus, and I was thoroughly pleased with the product, the service and the super fast delivery! For such a small but pricey item (I ordered a fresh black truffle), It was packaged fabulously, including the ice packs that were still frozen when it arrived! The truffle itself was amazing! I will be ordering more!

the customer service was right on the truffles i ordered were exactly what i was expecting in the ripening process as stated i am very happy and will definitely purchase goods from Sensibus again.

I ordered 10 different cheeses. They came packed in a cooler with ice packs that kept everything the proper temperature. Some sort of packing material that was to keep things from sliding around (not entirely successful, one soft cheese had a shallow cut in it and the triple cream grand soft cheese's plastic container opened but not enough to worry). Everything maintained its integrity and is tres delicious. I will be ordering again very soon, no hesitation.

They sell great, hard to find products, but more importantly, I had a shipping problem that caused the product to spoil, they responded right away and resolved the issue. Than you fo0r your great service.

Prices are the best and the shipping was fast. What more can I say?
