The cheese was excellent. Sadly, when you bite into the cheese it doesn't have buffalo milk filling your mouth like fresh cheese but it cannot be shipped as that.

The service was fast. I haven't tasted the bottaga yet; that's why I didn't give 5 stars. The company was in contact throughout via email. I definitely will use them again

Shipping was prompt, and arrival was as promised. The chill-packs in the package had thawed completely, though the contents seemed fine. More insulation would be prudent.

My cheese arrived beautifully packed, but I was missing one piece that I paid for and emailed the company and asked for credit but did not get an answer.I am still hoping they will give me a credit for the missing piece, if not I won't order again.

Shipping is kinda expensive

The first time I tried Sensibus products, I wasn't sure which panforte we would like best, so I ordered several kinds. All were good, but we preferred the marguerite. My orders have arrived within a reasonable amount of time. Based on my two orders from them, I can recommend the company.

My second order from Sensibus and I'm pleased with my selections. I wish they'd mark the cheeses so I know what to reorder :-)
