After I submitted my first order I wanted to add to it. I was told my order had already been packed and ready to ship. The same e-mail said if I wanted to add the items to the cart they would be shipped out the next day and the shipping charges would be waived. I did so. I was charged for the items and the shipping charges. I have not received an explanation though I have e-mailed customer service for a refund of the shipping charges which were more that the cost of the items ordered. If they had not offered to waive the shipping charges I would have ordered more items to make it worthwhile, I am reluctant to order from them ever again.

I ordered truffles for the holiday. Easy order experience and shipped and arrive on Wednesday. No problem. Immediately placed in sealed glass container with clean paper towels and followed directions to change daily. When we ate them shaved on scallops in butter they were dry and tasteless. Very disappointing. Not worth the money, expectations or effort. Very disappointed.

I ordered the Chocolate cream panettone and was disappointed with the amount of chocolate cream in the panettone. There was very little, no raisins or candied fruit, but this may be specific to this type only. I have had other chocolate cream panettones that were much better. The package was beautifully wrapped, as far as Sensibus, they were very good as far as placing the order, notifying me of shipping, etc.

Purchased items on a Saturday and paid a 25% over night shipping charge. No where did it say 'next business day' so over night was Tuesday. Additionally one of the containers something had punctured a hole in the side and all the liquids had escaped. Their response, when notified, was to eat the produce quickly before it goes bad???? Cheese was nothing special IMO so not sure I'll go back.

The panforte comes as already-cut pieces, not whole wheels. The pieces are wrapped in plastic and likely will not keep as well as the wheels. This is not made clear on the product page.

I ordered truffles in a jar. Should have known better. The truffles tasted like nothing. Better off using truffle oil. Extremely inferior product with misleading discription. 2 stars for prompt delivery.

I asked about storage of a perishable good and you never responded.
