Received my cheeses and some were not labeled. I emailed to see if I could get any help. I got a response and follow up phone calls within a short period of time.. Customer service does not get better than this !

I have shopped at Sensibus for many years. I found them looking for Parm-Reggiano cheese. My passion. Then ordered the best olive oil, and the affordable balsamic oro vinegar. The black truffle butter I order once in a while for a treat. I have never been disappointed, ever. I receive my order within a few days, and any corrections that I needed where done swiftly and profusly apologetically. Customer service is the best I have dealt with, and love their sales of course. I am very pleased. No doubt about it.

We both love their marguerita panforte. I've tried preparations from different places and like this the best.
