Works great—until it doesn’t. I purchased the Sinex snow blower in late November and initially was pleased. Unfortunately, after very limited use (three times, each with less than five inches of snow), the directional rod broke. I attempted to reach customer service multiple times by phone and email without success. When I finally connected today, the interaction was disappointing and more confrontational than helpful. I provided photos and a detailed explanation and was told the issue would be “reviewed.” I was also told that replacement parts are not available, so if the claim is approved, they would replace the entire unit. Hopefully others have a better experience, but based on mine, both durability and customer support were lacking.
