My husband purchased the senix chainsaw and did the warranty for the battery. 5 months later, used it less then 10 times the battery just quit working. He sent them what they asked for proof of purchase,videos and pictures they have stopped replying to him all together. He’s sent multiple emails and they have just ghosted him. Can someone look into this if you guys actually read these reviews?

LSSG-H1 & LSSG-H2 are bad engineered mowers. Rear self propelled wheel bearings went bad during the first year of moving. Furthermore, Customers service for call backs is non-esistence. Upon receiving replacement parts the first time, the wrong parts were shipped.

There is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Their batteries are crap! I've sent emails and left voice messages. They don't reply. They don't support their product!

If I could give them a 0 I would. Bought a lawnmower used it on the second time self propelled feature went out mid way through my yard had to go buy a new lawnmower. Heard 1 email in 1 month wants me to jump through hoops and ride a bike at a circus.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHIT FOR COMPANY!!!

I bought a lawnmower from walmart on th 12 get it home and started mowing on the 15th mowed half my yard an quit working Call walmart of course they wouldn't help told me to call senix they sent me an email to jump through hoops I do not suggest buying from this company

bought a mower back in oct. used it maybe six times before the battery failed. Jumped through all the hoops requested by Senix and there were plenty to replace the battery. After more than a dozen emails and multible phone calls nothing. They have my money and I have a useless mower and a field for a lawn

I purchased an X6 snowblower from Senix through Amazon. Three and a half weeks later I STILL do not have the batteries for this battery-powered snowblower. It's sitting in my garage like a useless paper weight. I contacted Amazon about this on March 3 and they sent a message to Senix. Their rep responded the next day and apologized stating that the batteries are sent separately and that the tracking information for the batteries would be available in 3 to 5 days. Having received not further information from Senix over the proceeding days, and getting no tracking information for the batteries, I called Senix directly on March 6. Their customer services rep told me that the batteries had been sent out, but were returned due to some shipping label error on their part. I asked to speak with his supervisor since he showed no empathy towards my situation. His supervisor, Frank, was very sympathetic to me and told me that he would expedite my batteries and that I should receive tracking information on Monday (since it was a Friday). NEARLY A WEEK LATER and receiving NO TRACKING information or emails from Senix, I called them back again on March 12 and spoke with Mike, Frank's supervisor. He told me that my situation concerning the batteries was "in the hands of the warehouse management" and that he would try to contact them to see what was going on and send me an email. Ultimately, I bought a $600 snowblower three and a half weeks ago, have not been able to use it because of Senix's error with shipping my batteries, and now I've been giving the run-around while my new, expensive, snowblower sits idly in my garage during the winter season. This is ridiculous, frustrating, and totally unacceptable.

I have been dealing with their customer service since November 25 over a purchase that has to date not been shipped. All I have gotten so far is runaround. Let this be a warning, no matter how good the equipment is, if the customer service sucks, so will your experience. Caveat emptor. I will never do business with them again.
