Do NOT buy from Sene. Spent $190 for 2 long sleeve "custom" shirts. Ordered it over 1 month ago and just received 1 yesterday. I emailed them & Sene told me they were backed up on production, yet I get emails from them asking me to buy more stuff & I see them advertise on social media like crazy. If you're backed up on production, why keep advertising & piss off current customers??? Also, I complained on their Instagram page and instead of apologizing and trying to make things right, they blocked me! Stay away!!!

This Company Is a Scam. Their guarantee is completely bogus. They hide behind their “return policy”, they don’t tell you that their suits are “custom”, and i use that term loosely because they don’t take your measurements, and so you are unable to return them because their “return policy” says custom clothes is not returnable and yet they don’t tell you that it’s custom during the order process. Customer service is slow and politely tell you that you’re out of luck. You have to keep their poor fitting and poor quality clothes. Avoid this company like the plague. Any company who tricks the customer and simply puts all kinds of loop holes in their return policy cannot be trusted. Go elsewhere. I am not the first to be scammed and won’t be the last.

This site is deceiving, its is implied that satisfaction is guaranteed. We received the suit and the material does not feel great and the fit is off. We tried to return it and they won’t let us.DO NOT buy this product. You will be stuck with something you don’t like.

Much delayed in shipping even a standard size product. Terrible customer service - very slow to respond and arrogant in their communication. Unpleasant experience overall.

1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience I ordered a suit from Sene and was immediately put off by their so-called “custom fit” process. Instead of actual measurements by a tailor, they make you fill out a questionnaire and call it custom. Let’s be honest—there’s nothing truly custom about it. It feels like a cheap gimmick to lock you into the purchase. Once I received the suit, the quality was extremely disappointing. The fabric feels rough, looks nothing like the polished photos online, and honestly, you could get a better suit off the rack at Macy’s or any department store for less. It looks cheap, and the fit wasn’t right even after their attempts to tweak it. What bothered me even more was their misleading “FREE RETURNS, REMAKES, OR EXCHANGES” option for $4.98 at checkout. I paid for it, returned the suit, and instead of a refund, they only gave me store credit. I tried other shirts and items, but nothing fit properly. Their products are overpriced for the quality you get. In my opinion—save your money and shop elsewhere. Stay away from this company.

By far the worst experience I've had with a "made-to-order" suit company. Even after sending them the exact measurements I needed, they simply couldn't get it right... three times! I finally decided not to even bother anymore. They even had the nerve to say "Sorry you're past the 30 day window, we can't do anymore alterations...." ok cool, after the third time you messed it up? Material is cheap, construction is worse. Don't even bother, save your money and frustration. Steer way clear.

I had high expectations for this suit, but it turned out to be a disappointment. The fit was poor, and the customer service has been unhelpful and unresponsive. As a busy professional, I value both my time and my money, and this purchase has cost me both. A company that truly stands by its product wouldn’t leave a customer stuck with an item they cannot use. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had in years.

Their remake/replace/refund is a joke; everything is custom and they hide the policy in an area impossible to find. Further, they sent a coat that was insanely small, pants that I could swim in with a crazy small waist and then argued with me. When I provided measurements, they were like "oh, we don't use those." Very disconcerting. When I asked when the remake was going to be here, they told me almost a week ago it was done in production and on the way to distribution. After that, silence, even after emailing them. Horrible company. I wanted my money back, but instead, they demanded a remake. They are also aware of when I need it by and are taking their time. Oh, yeah, and it was ordered 2 months ago... Edit: Just got my "remake" in; suit coat fit fine, but the pants, it's like they ignored the original where the waist was too small...and this time made the hips a bit too small. And, I've lost 10 pounds since the initial!!! So, if I hadn't lost the pounds, odds are, the coat wouldn't fit. They have been aware I needed this by 9/11/2025...absolutely the worst to deal with. Probably won't give me my money back, either, and take another 2 months to get the pants right. What a joke.
