Basically a scam! I kept getting all these ads from their CEO on YouTube and so decided to order. Well the suits are made with cheap fabric and bunches and puckers because the seams are made in some cheap Chinese overseas factory. Just go to lululemon buy performance fabric suits and get it tailored. Less hassle. Useless company. Bad quality. Too many ads to drive fist time customer sales. Annoying. Return is confusing. Expensive for the final product that gets delivered.

I placed my order on November 25, and I never received it until late Dec or early Jan. I left town on Dec 25th, so I don't know when it came. However, they claim the order was shipped on time. So, the delivery time is a month? I returned after five weeks from my trip. I tried the jeans, and the fit is not the best. I reach out to have it redone, and I get a response that I am past my refund/exchange time. How is it past the time when I didn't get the delivery on time, and I am to be blamed for being out of town?

I ordered a suit months in advance for a very specific event and provided my exact measurements. What I received looked nothing like what I ordered and the sizing was completely wrong. The suit wasn’t even close to wearable — sleeves wrong, fit wrong, proportions totally off. It honestly felt like the measurements I sent were completely ignored. What made the situation even worse was the horrible customer service that followed. Instead of taking responsibility for sending a product that was clearly incorrect and provided a refund, they refused to refund my money. After waiting months and planning ahead for an important event, I was left scrambling at the last minute to find something else with double the out of pocket expense. When a company messes up this badly, the bare minimum should be to stand behind their product and fix the issue. That did not happen here. Instead I got excuses and a refusal to refund. If you are thinking about ordering from this company, be warned. The product quality is questionable, the measurements clearly aren’t followed, and if something goes wrong you should not expect them to stand behind their work. Save yourself the time, stress, and money and go somewhere else.

Do not buy their suits. I tried and have had many re-made. They never fit properly, sometimes it feels like no adjustments are made. Return window is small and you get stuck with store credit for a company that makes a poor product. It’s been 8 months and I still don’t have a suit that fits.

Sene promises custom-made suits at a good price that don't need ironing. Unfortunately, they are 100% polyester - and really look it. The quality was terrible, so I returned it - only to find a bait-and-switch policy that they accept returns for credit only, which is not apparent upon checkout. While I can't speak to the quality of their other products, they are incredibly overpriced. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give zero I would. These bastards ripped me off completely- didn’t deliver the suit and kept the shipping and taxes over $300 Absolute scam China made cheap mass produced with an Italian designer price tag while virtue signalling zero waste!! Do not waste your time or money

The Sene custom FlexTech suit is a sub par suit not worthy of your time or money. The material makes for a flimsy mess of a suit. The shoulders have zero shape or structure and the seaming is a wrinkled mess that on each subsequent remake of my suit Sene was unable to be resolve. These problems leave the suit looking like what it is, a cheap suit. I doubt very much that you will feel confident in a suit built like this one, with it's slumpy fit, poor seaming and rather ugly material. I went so far as to try to provide them with my custom measurements (which I recently had professionally taken) which they refused to use replying instead that their algorithm would give me the perfect fitting suit: it did not and never did even with each remake, fitting almost as poorly as the one before it. I eventually gave up and asked for a refund, which I was denied. My choice was another remake and another 4-5 week wait or store credit that I could then spend on their other overpriced items like $75 Tee-Shirts and $134 shorts. Gimme a break! Be forewarned they do not have a “free returns” policy for anything custom as their false advertising promised. Their policy instead; free shipping (what they call returns) on remakes but by no means free returns like you might find at Stio, Vuori, Ketl or myriad other shops that actaully accept and have FREE returns or exchanges. Additionally they charge you, up front, upon purchase, a small $3,4,5 dollar fee for the so called right to free returns or remakes. Total scam and false advertising! I am not a fan of Sene, their clothing or their ambiguous if not deceptive practices. Buyer beware!

Terrible cutting and bad fabric nothing like advertising and you can't return a custom suit which they don't tell you in advance don't buy
