It took four tries before my order went through. First three times I just got the Eternally Spinning Wheel and nothing more. Shouldn't take four attempts to do a transaction. Disappointed.

Did 2 wire transfers with WYRE. It took 3 WEEKS for my money to arrive at its destination. It was an investment and I lost a great deal of money as a result of the 3 week delay. In 2022 a wire transfers should be measured in minutes, not weeks! Never again.

Greetings, I used your service to purchase Ethereum via ACH, which took well over a week. I understand the delay on the bank's end, but after it cleared my bank took waaaay too many days to clear on your end. Definitely not a viable service to put crypto into my MetaMask account, will use major DEX, Coinbase, Binance, etc... in the future, never again. Thanks

If you placed your order on a weekend or holiday it won't start processing until the next business day. We understand waiting that timeframe for your crypto delivery could cause some unease.
