Bruser S.
the going rate for eth was 2600. they charged 2700 for the eth i bought. they are definitely dishonest and i will not buy from them anymore. BIG MISTAKE.
Response from SendwyreMar 3, 2022
Hi Bruser, Thank you for leaving Sendwyre.com a review! We’re sorry to hear about the recent negative experience with the exchange on your transaction attempt. This amount may have something to do with the fees on your transaction. During times of high network activity, there can be unusually large network fees associated with cryptocurrency transfers. These mining fees are not set by or paid to Wyre or our wallet partners though we do apologize for any confusion in the messaging prior to initiating your buy. We'd love to hear more context about the situation so we can have a better understanding. We’re happy to check into this with you and clear up any miscommunication. If you don’t mind, could you please reach out to us at [email protected], so we can ensure you’re taken care of? Thank you for your patience here, Bruser. We look forward to hearing from you so we can get this wrapped up! Kindly, Wyre Support Team
