Great support team and clear interface. Very good value for money. 4 stars because of the limitations : cannot tag emails.so you can keep sending emails to sell something to tmpeople who bought it already

So far so good with Sendfox. Their customer support is excellent. The service is limited as a marketing device; for example at present you can't set parameters like "Send to contacts on List A who are NOT on list B". They do take feature requests and are always improving it so hopefully they will add this feature soon. The pricing is impossible to beat, and it's saving me hundreds of $$ per year, so the limitation is worth it.

I signed up a fortnight ago, and I am impressed with the quick, great friendly support so far. I am rating 4 star for now but will review this as I go along on this SendFox journey. BTW I am just on the free plan.
